1. * Chapter 16: Let's☆SUMMER!
2.
3. ||| 16-1: Summer Mirage |||
4. /tmg: Everybody knows TRIGGER's summer anthem--
5. /tmg: But there's a hidden history behind it, between IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER.
6.
7. dad: I know scheduling this is sudden, but you will all be going to Okinawa next week.
8. 7: Okinawa?
9. 1: May I ask why?
10. dad: It's to film your debut single's promotional video.
11. 3: Debut single.... Then-- !
12. dad: IDOLiSH7. We're gearing up for your debut!
13. All: Yay!
14.
15. ssk: I apologize for the long wait. But TRIGGER's new song has been completed.
16. ssk: If he had taken a single day longer, I was ready to switch to another musician.
17. Hyuuga Akihito: Ahahaha....... I managed, somehow.
18. 10: Oh? I don't hate it, but this is a pretty different musical direction.
19. 8: Isn't that good? It could definitely get exciting if we performed this live.
20. 9: .......
21. ssk: What's the matter, Ten?
22. 9: This.... This is something /you composed, Hyuuga-san, correct?
23. Hyuuga Akihito: Of course! Hehe.... I didn't sleep at all just to compose this song.
24. ssk: Ahahaha! Now that's the way to do it!
25. ssk: Things are gonna get busy from here on out, with TRIGGER's new song announcement in mind.
26. All: Yes.
27.
28. 7: We'd like to introduce to you our new song!
29. 7: I can't give you guys the specifics just yet, but I get the feeling that it's gonna be a special song to us!
30. 7: The tile is....
31. Passerby: Ah...! TRIGGER's new song is playing on that station's big screen TV!
32. 7: ......! This song....
33. Passerby: Kyaaa! Their song is really cheery and cute this time!?
34. Passerby: The dance is cute too! Even though it's Gaku-san dancing, he's so cute~ I like TRIGGER like this too!
35. Passerby: Ten-kun's so cute! Ryuunosuke-san's sexy and cute!!
36. 4: ...It sounds familiar. Not just that.......
37. 1: ...Isn't that.... Our debut song......?
38. Passerby: Hey! So what's IDOLiSH7's new song!?
39. 7: Huh? Ah.......
40. 5: What should we do? Are there any other songs....
41. 2: We have no choice but to perform the same song.
42. 3: But....
43. 2: Just for today!
44. 2: ...If we aren't careful, we might not be able to sing again.
45. 7: ....... ...Understood! Alright everyone! Here's our new song!
46. Passerby: Kyaaaaaa....
47. 6: .......
48. 6: ...This is absolutely unforgivable.......
49.
50. ane: All of you! We're cancelling today's performance. Get ready to leave!
51. 8: Cancelled? The seats are already filled. There's no way we can leave now.
52. ane: TRIGGER will not be appearing on SoundShip! ...The President had a little scuffle with the station's higher-ups, so they said they won't let TRIGGER perform.
53. 8: ...What do you mean?
54. ane: It's just matters between grown-ups. Do understand.
55. 9: I cannot agree with this!
56. ane: Ten....
57. 9: The fans came here to see us. We can't disappoint them just because of circumstances on our end.
58. ane: Don't sugarcoat this. You must remember that you are the agency's merchandise first and foremost, before all else.
59. ane: We'll use you as a bargaining tool, we'll use you as a trump card. If you don't like that, then go sing on the streets. (1)
60. 9: ...If this is truly something 'between grown-ups,' then settle these matters between adults! That's what I'm trying to say.
61. 9: Don't do something so shameless, like using our fans as your meatshield!
62.
63. tmg: You want IDOLiSH7 to go up one more time as the last performers, in TRIGGER's stead?
64. tmg: I cannot accept this. I can almost hear TRIGGER's fans booing them. There's no way I'd let them stand in such a place....
65. 7: Let's do it.
66. tmg: Riku-san!?
67. 7: We've both in been tough spots before. That, and we've felt disappointment from the audience before at MuFes....
68. tmg: You can't compare that with what's happening right now. Because this time, it'd be betraying the audience's expectations. If things don't go well, then even booing--
69. 7: It'll be okay, Manager.
70. 7: We've grown up to be strong thanks to you, Manager!
71. tmg: Riku-san....
72. TV Station Staff: Thank you very much! Which song will you be singing?
73. 7: I'd feel bad if we sang one of our songs since the audience is waiting for one of TRIGGER's.
74. 7: So let's a TRIGGER song.
75. TV Station Staff: What!?
76. tmg: Riku-san!?
77. 7: After all....
78. 7: We know how to sing /that/ song! (2)
79.
80. 10: .......
81. 10: They're singing our song.... Alongside our fans, who were waiting for us....
82. 9: The booing has quieted down....
83. Audience: Kyaaaaaa!
84. 10: ....... Ah.... This is tough....
85. 10: ...It's hard to watch....
86.
87. 7: One, two, three! Altogether now!
88. Audience: Kyaaaaaa!
89.
90. 9: ......This is the first time ever I've thought of myself as miserable, pitiful....
91. 9: They answered to the fans' expectations. That's something we could not do....
92. 9: They're perfect right now.
93.
94. 8: Then /you/ answer, Nanase Riku. Why were all seven of you able to sing that song perfectly?
95. 7: .......
96. 8: If you're not gonna say anything, then I'll ask her instead.
97. 8: Tsumugi. Is it okay if we go somewhere else, where this guy can't get in our way?
98. tmg: Ah....
99. 7: It was stolen from us.
100. 8: What?
101. 7: Your agency's music producer stole the demo from us!
102. 7: That song was supposed to be our debut song. We even shot a PV for it in Okinawa!
103. tmg: Riku-san!
104. 8: ...Is that true?
105. 7: I would never lie about this. Let go of her arm!
106. 8: .......
107. 8: ...So we were singing a something stolen from you guys?
108.
109. 8: ...We've been singing a song stolen from IDOLiSH7.
110. 10: Stolen...?
111. 8: It seems like Hyuuga Akihito stole it. I don't know if my dad ordered him to or not, though.
112. 8: If he did order him to, then I won't stand for it! I'll fucking punch him....
113. 9: ......I figured that was the case.
114. 8: You knew...!?
115. 9: Very faintly, but yes.
116. 8: If you knew what was happening, then why didn't you say anything!? Is your pride really that low...!
117. 9: I didn't have concrete evidence.
118. 8: Even so-- !
119. 9: I didn't say anything because I didn't want to see you or Ryuu look so hurt! (3)
120. 8: ......!
121. 9: You guys said you loved this song! That you liked it alot!
122. 9: If you guys had known that it was something stolen, then you'd end up feeling pathetic, ashamed-- you wouldn't be able to sing it anymore!
123. 10: Ten....
124. 9: ...It's just as Gaku said. I did something utterly prideless. I prioritized your feelings, and pretended I never saw anything.
125. 9: That's why.... There's no need for things like friendship between business partners....
126.
127. 6: I have stayed silent up until now, but I shall divulge a certain secret.
128. 3: Secret...?
129. 6: I.... I know who our composer is.
130. 2: Really!? When did the President tell you?
131. 6: He didn't.
132. 6: I was the one who sent IDOLiSH7's songs to Takanashi Productions in secret.
133. tmg: It was you, Nagi-san!?
134. 4: Woah, that's amazing! So you composed them, Nagicchi!?
135. 6: /No. An acquaintance.... An older friend of mine did.
136. 6: My friend had always been composing for this person.
137. 6: However, one day, that person disappeared.
138. 6: My friend continued to compose as he searched for this man, and ended up in my country.
139. 6: My friend's name was Sakura Haruki.
140. 3: Sakura Haruki.... You mean.... No way.
141. 6: /Yes.
142. 6: The man who composed Zero's songs.
143. 7: Zero's...!?
144. 1: Then, have we been singing songs from Zero's composer all this time!?
145.
146. /tmg: The fact that TRIGGER's big-hit, summer anthem was originally IDOLiSH7's debut song....
147. /tmg: There's very few people who know about the mysterious bonds between IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER born through that song.
148. /tmg: That song was just like the midsummer ocean's white-crested waves-- it pulled everyone's fates together, but it also caused a surge in the sea of everyone's hearts.
149. /tmg: TRIGGER didn't really sing this song anymore, contrary to the joyful singing voices recorded on the CD.
150. /tmg: All of IDOLiSH7's smiles in their unreleased, never to be released debut single music video.
151. /tmg: Both of these will just disappear into nothingness, just like the seafoam-- it pains me.
152. /tmg: And so, the seasons pass--
153. /tmg: Ever since that song was released to the world, a second summer has come.
154.
155. 7: I have now returned!
156. 3: Ah, it's hot! It really is summer now!
157. ogm: Welcome back, everyone. I'm sure you're all hungry, so I ordered some takeout.
158. 4: Hell yeah! I'm starved.
159. 1: Ogami-san, what are you looking at?
160. ogm: Ah, this? The "Let's☆SUMMER!" MV file happened to pop up, so I was watching it for old times' sake.
161. 2: Haha. It's kind of new to me to hear this song with our voices, even now.
162. 5: It's because we hear TRIGGER's version all around town. Even though this song is from last year, it's still very popular.
163. 6: Hm.... I had come to a decision about this, but after re-watching our music video.... I wish we had sang this song, after all...
164. 3: It can't be helped. Give it up already. They feel bad about this song too, y'know.
165. Yamamura Soba Worker: Hello! Sorry for the wait.
166. 7: Oh, it's the soba shop guy. I'll go get it!
167.
168. 7: Thank you very much. ...Oh, it's the rumored Yaotome-san lookalike! Good evening.
169. Yamamura Soba Worker: Good evening. Tempura soba for 10. Careful, it's hot.
170. Yamamura Soba Worker: Hm......? This song....
171. 7: Ehehe. It's our legendary debut song.
172. Yamamura Soba Worker: .......
173. 7: Ah.... Maybe I shouldn't have said anything... Um, it's something we all sang at karaoke! We pretended to be TRIGGER and recorded it....
174. Yamamura Soba Worker: 'Pretending to be TRIGGER'.... Why is it that you guys have to use such a demeaning cover-up. (4)
175. 7: Huh? ...Hot!
176. Yamamura Soba Worker: Ah, are you okay?
177. 7: Yes! Um, anyways. It's pretty embarrassing, so please keep it a secret. Thank you for the delicious soba, as always!
178. Yamamura Soba Worker: .......
179.
180. To be continued....
181.
182.
183. I'M ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somewhat
184. also wow what the fucK this was a longass section for smth that's recap???????????? here i thought id breeze thru this damn thing bc i know a good large chunk of ch16 is straight up copypasta frm natsu CD (which is a good thing 4 readers who didn't buy the cd and also a good thing 2 me as a translator bc, I Love Copypasta)
185. (1) have i ever mentioned how much i love anesagi??? lit. If you're dissatisfied with that then go sing on the streets. anesagi's sassy, business-savvy and sharp, cutthroat when the situation calls. rlly really wanted to convey that here! was gunning for something sharp, crisp, concise.
186. (2) utaeru - can sing aka able to sing. but in the original 'we can sing that song!' sounds like riku's just suggesting what song to shuffle to next on a roadtrip like, dude yeah we can do that one, Hit it Fergie
187. (3) '___ 顔' is a pet tl peeve bc its kinda hard 2 put into words bc english doesnt do this '(Adjective) Expression' thing and usually say stuff like 'looked crestfallen' or smth, so that's why i did what i did. ANYWAYS Here's my favorite line (SCENE) in Part 1. I WAITED 4 TEN TO MELT, AND HE DAMN DID IT HERE, AMEN, THANK U, IM RELIVING PART1 THANKU ?????????????? that's actually 80% of the reason why i singled out this line, im negl.
188. (4) yaotome 'dude wtf that's not cool i can't believe u guys have to do this (to urselves)'' gaku, is that an adequate explanation? prob not oops. But 'service excuse' => 'demeaning cover-up' because 1) conveys mood more. Gaku's mad that i7 has to cover for (presumably) TRG/yaotome pro's asses in this regard, and in such a submissive manner. why are they the ones who have to lower themselves ? when this is a song that they poured their blood sweat and tears into, and were supposed to debut with? that kind of thing.
189.
190.
191. ||| 16-2: Sing it for Us |||
192. 10: Good morning! Ah, Nagi-kun.
193. 6: .......
194. 10: As usual, you're quite the radiant beauty. Even though I'm used to how Gaku and Ten look, when I look at someone as handsome as you, I cant help but get a little nervous-- (1)
195. 6: /STOP! Please don't talk to me!
196. 10: Huh!?
197. 6: .../Jesus!! Oh my God!!! I lost the race to pre-order merch......! Weak signal strength is one of the evils of the world! (2)
198. 10: A-are you okay...?
199. 6: Why couldn't I get the timing right and buy it.... I knew it.... I have no choice but to take the first train and line up for it on release day....... I am the most unfortunate man in the world right now....
200. 10: I don't really get it, but please don't cry. Here, take my handkerchief....
201. 6: .......
202. 6: ...Summer has come again, once more. Why isn't your group singing that song, the one stolen from us?
203. 10: Ah.... Are you talking about "Let's☆SUMMER!"?
204. 6: Well, if you guys have stolen any other songs, then I'll punish you all for being so light-fingered.
205. 10: T-there aren't any more! Just that one, I think....
206. 10: ...When we chatted you guys right before Black or White, remember what Mitsuki-kun said? That he really wanted to beat us up after the song was stolen.
207. 10: He said that he'd forgive us, that we were even. And that the song was ours now.
208. 10: After heating that, I felt like I had been saved. I was happy that you guys forgave us. But....
209. 10: Ever time we sing it, IDOLiSH7's kindness and all of my memories about this song just come to mind, and I just feel this bitterness inside my heart.... I'm sure Ten and Gaku are the same too.
210. 6: So that's why you won't sing that song, even though everyone around town are listening to it and humming along?
211. 10: ......It might be.
212. 6: ...If you won't sing it, then give it back. That melody, which you three have interred because of your sentimentality, is weeping. You ought to be wiping that song's tears, not mine.
213. 10: Nagi-kun....
214. 3: Hey now! Why are you troubling him!
215. 6: --/Ouch! Mitsuki....
216. 3: Sorry about that, Tsunashi-san. I'm sure there's stuff going on TRIGGER's end. So when you guys can comfortably sing it again, go ahead and sing it. (3)
217. 10: ....... When we can comfortably sing it again....
218. 3: Come on, Nagi. Let's go.
219. 6: Mitsuki, I wasn't able to buy those limited goods.... Even though I clicked 'Buy' right on the dot, it said it was completely sold out! That's downright unfair. The people in charge of the online shop should announce what time it is on their computer's internal clock right before they open pre-orders.
220. 3: You just didn't have enough fighting spirit in your buying methods. Instead of being all frustrated and crying, you ought to congratulate the people who did get it!
221. 3: Instead of being sad over something you don't have, just imagine that item going to someone out there and making them happy! Doesn't that cheer you right up, Nagi?
222. 6: /YES.... /Congratulations....
223. 3: I can't hear you!
224. 6: /Ouch!
225. 10: .......
226.
227. Staff: Okay! Good work guys!
228. 2: Thank you.
229. 9: Thank you.
230. 2: It's been a while since I last guested on a show with Kujou. Wanna go grab a bite?
231. 9: I have to go to my next job after this.
232. 2: I see.... Hey, about that song. Why won't you guys sing it?
233. 9: .......
234. 2: So after you guys release this year's summer anthem, that song will just become history? End of story? Everyone's waiting for you guys to sing it, y'know.
235. 9: ...Our President hates that song. He says that it's a song with a shady history.
236. 2: Because it's one of Sakura Haruki's songs? Because it used to be one of our songs? Well, it'd be pretty awful if you guys had to face the same kind of uproar that Re:vale did after covering one of Zero's songs.
237. 2: It's not like TRIGGER to just let that song become nothing more than a relic of the past.
238. 9: .......
239. 2: Well, I look forward to seeing you guys excite us. Anyways, good work today. (4)
240.
241. tmg: I have big news, everyone! IDOLiSH7 will be participating in the 1st Summer Island Music Festival!
242. 7: By Summer Island, you mean that new beach resort in the Kantou region, right? I heard it's a popular sight-seeing site, but it's doing a music festival?
243. tmg: Yep! It's a large-scale outdoor concert, and they're inviting artists from various genres! I believe TRIGGER will be performing as well!
244. 3: It'll feel real nic to have an outdoor concert at a summer beach!
245. 6: I'm glad everyone is enjoying themselves. If you'll excuse me, I'll be returning to my home country.
246. 3: Wait!
247. 6: /No way!
248. 2: Nagi's from Northern Europe, after all. He was fatigued from all the heat at last year's outdoor concert too.
249. 6: It was a cruel and awful experience, worse than what the ancient Egyptian slaves experienced.... Think of me as a penguin. Please take good care of me. Please don't push me too hard.
250. 7: It'll be okay! Here, have some shaved ice and cheer up!
251. 1: Nanase-san is quite hardy in the summer. Compared to spring, autumn, and winter at least.
252. 7: Yep! I love summertime! The atmospheric pressure doesn't change all that much as long as there isn't a typhoon, and the only things I'm scared of during the summer are old AC units!
253. 5: I look forward to it. Although it depends on the shape of the beach, we'll have natural acoustics performing there and it'll sound quite impressive.
254. 4: Ooh. If we're talking beach concert, then that song's perfect for it. Do you think TRIGGER's gonna sing it?
255. 7: I wanna hear them sing it, "Let's☆SUMMER!" I'm sure it'll resound clearly, right between the sky and sea!
256. 6: Riku.... If they don't sing it, then let's jack that song just as we did at SoundShip.
257. 7: Nagi....
258. 6: Please don't let Haruki's song perish. (5)
259.
260. To be continued....
261.
262. actually yo JK i think Natsu is here to stay forever under part 2 because it is most definitely a post part 2 type of story bc Spoilers Ahoy, but it's still a side story? ACtually who knows. we all know I am awful @ predicting bamco LOL
263. (1) 目が覚めるような美人 threw me the fuck off (shakES ryuus 190 cm frame,, bruH) bc i was like ?? what??? awakening??? And as usual, when my usual じしょたんず (+10 pts if u get the reference) fail me, i chiebukuro this shit and 'me ga sameru youna' can also mean "非常に鮮やかで明るい" in terms of visual. buT, @ native speakers, Please correct me if I'm wrong because that's the alternate definition in terms of color/visual/sight according 2 the thing I looked at. I went with that one also bc idk how to put 'a beauty that awakens/snaps me to my senses/etc' nicely in english :') gdi
264. http://detail.chiebukuro.yahoo.co.jp/qa/question_detail/q1137599041
265. (2) referring to phone signal but idk how 2 put that in nicely. But same nagi.......... this whole sentence.... i Feel u Dude
266. (3) utatte kure --> underlying meaning of 'sing it (for us)'. It's a title call!!
267. (4) bruh i hate passive form stacking, i hope I got this right gg
268. (5) forgot to mention this earlier, but in the Nagi-Ryuu conversation Nagi indeed does use the word for burying someone at a funeral (hence why I went with 'interred'). this is actually kinda morbid huh. but anyways what he says here ties right into that. This tidbit also reminds me of this quote frm Westworld (rlly good TV show btw): "Mozart, Beethoven and a Chopin never died, they simply became music."
269.
270. ||| 16-3: Glass Showcase |||
271. ane: Pardon the intrusion. ...Oh? What are you looking at, President?
272. ssk: Last year's SoundShip.
273. ane: Ah.... The show where TRIGGER cancelled their performance, so IDOLiSH7 sang "Let's☆SUMMER!" in their place.
274. ssk: What an annoying song. We're indebted to Takanashi now, all because of Hyuuga.
275.
*knock knock*
276.
*click*
277. 9: Pardon the intrusion.
278. 10: Thank you for your hard work today, President, Anesagi-san.
279. 8: Why'd you go out of your way to call us here.
280. ssk: You'll be participating in the Summer Island Music Festival. It's a large scale music event held by the local government, and it's been attracting tourists for a while now.
281. ssk: There will be a stage set up on part of the beach, where several artists will be performing. All of it will be televised.
282. ssk: As for the male idols, TRIGGER and IDOLiSH7 will be participating.
283. 8: IDOLiSH7....
284. ssk: Construct a setlist with Anesagi. Be sure to factor in the possibility of heat stroke and the extent of your own stamina.
285. 8: There's something I'd like to do. May I say it?
286. ssk: What?
287. 8: That song.... I'd like to sing "Let's☆SUMMER!"
288. 10: Gaku....
289. ssk: No. I won't let you sing that luckless song. Some people are aware of that incident of plagiarism, but it's best if that and the song are forgotten together.
290. 9: That song is perfect for summertime. If we don't sing it, then the fans will begin to get suspicious as well
291. ane: These kids do have a good point. That song is trending again, even though it's a song from last year. If TRIGGER performs it, then I'm sure that single's sales--
292. ssk: Do all of you know no shame? Your rival group sang your own song, then proceeded to steal all the acclaim! Pathetic....
293. 10: I don't think that's pathetic or shameful in the slightest. If anything, it's more shameful if we pretended none of this happened.
294. ssk: Ryuunosuke.
295. 10: I loved that song. It was really fun singing that song. I want to enjoy that song, from the bottom of my heart, and sing it one more time. I want the fans to hear it live.
296. 10: I'm begging you, President.
297. ssk: I won't let you sing that song. It's best to seal and dispose of something so foul.
298. 8: ......Foul? Hell, you liked it when first listened to it!
299. ssk: Silence! Enough. Anesagi, take them downstairs.
300. ane: Yes.
301. 8: ......Tch.
302.
303. 8: Dammit!
304. ane: Please stop making that face. The President means well, and he's saying this to protect you all.
305. ane: If people catch on to the fact that it's plagiarized and start a ruckus, and if they find out that you were singing one of Sakura Haruki's songs, it may hurt you guys. Understood?
306. ane: You haven't forgotten what Re:vale went through when they covered Zero's song, have you?
307. 8: Despite all the slander, Re:vale still followed through! Isn't the success of the reopening ceremony telling enough?
308. ane: That's because Re:vale is very accomplished. Their five year track record protected them from the masses.
309. 8: So you're saying we're not accomplished?
310. ane: I never said that! I'm saying that we have to think about the worst case scenario, and that your upcoming promotions are more important!
311. 10: Then what about IDOLiSH? They're a newer group than us, but they keep on succeeding in risky situations.
312. ane: That's only because they're reaping benefits off of Re:vale. More importantly, barely making it each and every time isn't exactly a stable business practice, you know.
313. 9: I understand the President's feelings, and your feelings as well, Anesagi-san. If we get hurt, then the fans are hurt as well. ...But even so, sometimes I feel a little doubtful.
314. 8: About?
315. 9: Whether or not staying unscathed is all that important.
316. ane: You know, we're living in a very gloomy and depressed era right now. All of these people and their worn out hearts want something that won't fail, something they can peacefully love. Something that won't get criticized or judged for loving. That's what they'll choose. (1)
317. ane: These people look up to idols so they can spend their days cheerfully and have fun, enjoyable dreams. That's what they want to see. Idols that make people feel nervous or anxious are worthless.
318. ane: If bad things start happening, then they'll feel swindled and hate you for it. And then everyone will leave. (2)
319. 9: Then why did IDOLiSH7 win against us at Black or White?
320. ane: .......
321. 9: Being hated by many, facing failures and setbacks-- why does IDOLiSH7 have the power to move peoples' hearts, even through all of these continual ups and downs?
322. 9: If we don't figure it out, then we will lose to IDOLiSH7 again.
323. ane: You won't lose.
324. 9: .......
325. ane: It's better to be safe than sorry. You shouldn't be taking on such risks-- it's not worth it. That song isn't something necessary to the point of endangering yourselves. Okay?
326. 8: ...It's our fault their debut song was ruined though!
327. ane: Listen to me!
328. ane: TRIGGER must continue to shine, like a crown. That is your most important duty, especially with respect to your sponsors and your fans!
329. ane: You can think about others /after you've got that completely down. --I won't let you sing that song ever again.
330.
331. 8: .......
332. 10: Gaku! Where are you going!?
333. 9: I understand your dissatisfaction, but please refrain from engaging in a fistfight with Papa, Yaotome Junior.
334. 8: Shut up! Like hell we need that old man's permission. I'll go public about the damn plagiarism incident myself!
335.
**Kujou Ten・Tsunashi Ryuunosuke:** What!?
336. 8: I'll give 'em the whole truth, and then return the song back to IDOLiSH7! That song isn't anything foul or dangerous. It's their debut song, and also a song that we've sung before!
337. 10: Gaku, wait!
338. 8: Let go of me-- !
339. 10: I understand how you feel! But you can't just act out just because of how you feel! It'll only cause trouble for a lot of people!
340. 8: Fuck if I care...! Before that, I gotta get past this damn block of muscle!
341. 10: Calm down! Let's talk it out. I'm sure we'll figure out a good solution!
342. 8: Shut up! Let go, let.... Ow, that hurts! You stupid musclehead!!
343. 10: S-sorry! I accidentally used too much force....
344. 8: Look, you left a mark.... Ah! My shirt got ripped!
345. 10: What should we do? Should I sew it? I'm really good at sewing!
346. 9: Are you done with your little comedy act over there yet?
347. 8: It's not a comedy act!!
348. 10: Ten, do you happen to have any black thread?
349. 9: If I did, then I would've sewn your mouths shut by now. Gaku, even if you do go public, you don't have any proof that it was stolen.
350. 8: Well, I heard from someone in the agency that when Hyuuga broke in to Takanashi Productions' office, somebody found him. We should get them to testify.
351. 9: Who?
352. 8: MEZZO".
353.
354. 5: I guess we won't be hearing TRIGGER's summer anymore....
355. 5: Our legendary debut song, huh... We were so busy back then, and had all sorts of things on our mind.... I don't really remember going to Okinawa, to be honest.
356. 4: .......
357. 5: I couldn't help but be concerned about the future whenever I saw your sleeping face.
358.
*knock knock*
359. 5: Yes?
360. 8: Sorry, but are you free right now?
361. 5: Yaotome-san?! P-please wait a moment!
362. 5: Tamaki-kun, wake up! Our senpai, TRIGGER, came over! It'd be rude to keep on sleeping! Tamaki-kun...!
363. 4: Mmmmm.... I can still eating....
364. 5: You don't have to eat anymore!
365. 9: Open up. We'll be done in a second.
366. 10: Sorry for the short notice.
367. 5: I-I'm walking to the door right now! ...It can't be helped. I'll just put him into /seiza and lean him here.... He's so heavy! Just what in the world is he eating.... (4)
368.
*click*
369. 5: ...Sorry for the wait!
370. 8: Hm? ...What is Yotsuba doing?
371. 5: He was very eager to greet you all, but he has become tongue-tied and taciturn in his impatience so he's decided to express that through bowing at a 45 degree angle.
372. 5: Ngh.... More....
373. 5: More than anything, he's glad you all seem well! ...Is what he said. Um, what brings you all here today?
374. 8: I heard from Anesagi. When Hyuuga tried to steal another song from you guys, you and Yotsuba caught him, right?
375. 5: Ah....
376. 8: I want you guys to testify about that. I'll set the time and place. Let's go public and tell the press that that song was plagiarized.
377. 5: W-what are you saying!?
378. 8: Isn't that better for you guys!?
379. 5: ....... No matter how many times you ask me, I'm afraid I can't do that, Yaotome-san.
380. 8: Why!?
381. 5: I'm a fan of TRIGGER. I want TRIGGER to keep on singing, so I don't want to do anything that'd hurt your name.
382. 8: You're a member of IDOLiSH7 before you're a TRIGGER fan! Don't you want to reclaim your debut song!?
383. 5: .......
384. 10: Stop it, Gaku! I feel bad making the two of them take on such a role. Especially because he likes us! Right?
385. 8: If he likes TRIGGER, then all the more reason so. He doesn't want to see us doing something unsightly, like staying silent to saving our own asses! Right!?
386. 9: You don't want to be involved in anything unnecessary. Right?
387. 5: I.... I feel like my brain is getting split into three by these options.... (5)
388. 8: If you don't want to, then I'll just ask Yotsuba. Hey, wake up! Yotsuba!
389. 5: H-he's awake! He's definitely not asleep!
390. 4: .......
391. 9: As if we'd believe that. Coming from someone that used to be so into us.... Do you take us for fools now? (6)
392. 5: Absolutely not!
393. 8: Yotsuba, wake up! I said, wake up! Ah, that. Your favorite Lord Pudding!
394. 9: King Pudding.
395. 8: I'll buy you a hundred jars of King Pudding, so wake up!
396. 4: For real!?
397. 10: Oh, he woke up. Good morning, Tamaki-kun!
398. 4: You're gonna give me a hundred jars of King Pudding!?
399. 8: In exchange for that, you'll testify about the plagiarism, okay?
400. 4: Yeah, yeah! Sweet...! If I have a hundred King Puddings, then if I eat one per hour, that'll last me a hundred hours-- /mmph!
401. 5: We don't need any King Pudding! And we won't be testifying!
402. 4: --Why are you going off and deciding that on your own, Sou-chan! He said /a hundred King Puddings, y'know!? No matter how you think about it, we definitely need that! Mmph--
403. 5: Thank you for the offer, but we'll have to decline. I do apologize, but I'll have to ask you to leave!
404. 4: --Please don't go! And, Sou-chan! Stop saying stuff like that!!
405. 10: Ah, please don't fight! Gaku, I feel bad about dragging both of them into this. Sorry about that. You guys ended up fighting over it too....
406. 5: It's fine! This is our default setting.
407. 10: Default....
408. 4: --Get outta my way, Sou-chan! If you get in the way of my pudding one more time, then our fakeass 'Best Buds MEZZO"' business is closed for good!
409. 5: Alright then. It'd be wonderful if you could be an idol that sings and dances with pudding instead.
410. 9: We're gonna head back. You too, Gaku.
411. 8: Wait, Ten! We're not done negotiating!
412. 9: Sorry for disturbing you.
413. 5: D-don't worry about it!
414. 4: Ahh! A hundred King Puddings....! Dammit! Sou-chan, you dumbass!
415.
416. 7: He's gonna go public about the plagiarism incident? Did Yaotome-san really say that?
417. 2: Uh, that's not good.... I might've said something confrontational then.
418. 1: What did you say?
419. 2: Oh, it was to Kujou. But I pretty much told him to pay us no heed and just sing it, and asked him if they were just gonna pretend that song never existed.
420. 6: I also told Tsunashi-shi that if they weren't going to sing that song, then they should return it to us.
421. 3: You know, despite being concerned about those guys, you two sure are tactless.
422.
**Nikaidou Yamato・Rokuya Nagi:** Not in the slightest!
423. 1: So two people in Nii-san's unit are tactless? I'm quite worried for you, Nii-san....
424. 7: ...So what did TRIGGER do?
425. 5: TRIGGER came to our dressing room....
426. 4: ...I hate Sou-chan. Every, /every time a /senpai is here, he sacrifices my pudding. I wish all the /senpai in the world would just disappear....
427. 5: ...Because Tamaki-kun switched into this mode halfway through our discussion, I didn't get to hear any details.
428. 4: That's your fault, Sou-chan! I'm always! Talking! About how much I love King Pudding! Like 300 times a day! Every day!!
429. 5: Tamaki-kun. Sorry, but factoring in the time you spend asleep, you would have to say "I love King Pudding" once every three minutes in order to say it 300 times a day, according to calculations.
430. 4: King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King Pudding, King--
431. 5: You don't have to say it all at once!
432. 2: Their fights are starting get more and more infantile.
433. 7: I'm really worried about Ten-nii and the others.... This isn't what TRIGGER wished for. I hope they don't let it bother the and sing it.
434. 1: President Yaotome may have restricted them from doing so. After all, there's been nothing but trouble just from being involved with Sakura Haruki's songs.
435. 6: If they don't like Haruki's songs, then I'll have them return it.
436. 3: Nagi, like I said.... They're dealing with stuff on their end too.
437. 6: We fought hard to sing Haruki's songs. If they too are singers, then they must fight for the sake of their songs.
438. tmg: They might not be able to fight.... All three members of TRIGGER know no fear, in a good way. But they have to shoulder many things....
439. tmg: All of their staff members, their peers and /kouhai at their agency, their various sponsors, the shows they guest on-- It's all to protect everyone who TRIGGER as their foundation, everything.
440. tmg: Sometimes I get the feeling that it's hard for them to do things, as if they're shut in a pristine glass showcase and heavily guarded....
441. 7: Inside a glass showcase, huh.... It's almost like our positions are reversed now....
442. 1: Nanase-san....
443. 7: I was always the one that was protected, on my sterile, pristine bed.
444. 7: But Ten-nii showed me a world of freedom, so I never felt confined. Even though he's in a rival group now, I still feel grateful to him.
445. 7: If Ten-nii can't move right now, can't breathe-- then I'll help him breathe easy again. After all....
446. 7: All three of them sound like they're having a lot of fun when they sing that song.
447.
448. To be continued....
449.
450. (1) 今は不況で重苦しく沈んだ次代よ。 anesagi basically says 'depressed' x3 in this sentence LOL. i like that i7 comments on current times as well
451. (2) kechi wo tsuku p much means when something is unlucky, or has a bad rep to it. It's more ominous than that though? Kind of in a superstitious way, like if you do ______ it'll bring you bad luck etcetc. dug arnd on chiebukuro 4 more definitions but i think that's abt it
452. (3) ANESAGI drops not one, but TWO WHOLE KOTOWAza, YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 君子危うきに近寄らず --> lit. A wise man stays away from danger. 火中の栗を拾う --> To gather chestnuts from a fire (lit), to endanger oneself for someone (fig). Except conjugated 2 mean the negative so the literal of that sentence would be --> 'You shouldn't be gathering the chestnuts from the fire-- you guys don't need to get burned." but gotta put that into normal people speak. Good times man, i love kotowaza.
453. (4) seiza is this traditional/fomral way of kneeling/sitting in Japan. like when you're seated at a low table, etc. if you have no clue what i'm talking about, google image it!
454. (5) KURUMAZAKI, SOUGO IM SOBBINg I-- Noun: tearing someone in two by tying their legs to two carts moving in opposite directions (form of medieval punishment). SO MENTALLY, THOSE 3 OPTIONS TRIGGER GAVE HIM ARE EFFECTIVELY A figurative ROPE ON EACH LIMB, at least in terms of his brain/mental capabilities wwwwwww
455. (6) 一周回して is (frm my search engine scrubbing) when you used to be super into _______ but the got tired frm overexposure or smth then went back to revisit and like it a lot again. I know that's used in terms of music (me @ only my railgun - fripside). uhhhhhh i did my best to interpret that in terms of this sentence? lmk if I'm wrong bc apparently this is 若者-speak..... my japanese teachers have all been middle-aged if not old japanese ladies..................... and anime lmao
456. (7) 看板を下ろす means to lit. take down a sign, like when you're closing up your shop/business for the day. That's what tamaki means here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Except it's p hard to phrase in english when there's 444444 other modifiers tacked onto that sentence
457.
458.
459. ||| 16-4: Resolution towards Freedom |||
460. /tmg: And so, the day before the Summer Island Music Festival....
461. 3: Wah! It's the sea!!
462. 2: Mitsu's shouting as usual.
463. 7: The weather's super great! I bet it'd feel really nice to sing in this weather! I hope it's sunny tomorrow when we perform!
464. 6: ...I hope it's cloudy.... Please....
465. 3: It's better if it's sunny! Just suck it up and be a summer-loving penguin instead! We'll help you out with all we've got too!
466. 4: Oh. They're playing Ryuu-aniki's ad.
467. 10: A brand-new thrill for that flushed body of yours. Scorching Thunder Dry-- now introducing dark ale. (1)
468. All: Wow, that was sexy....
469.
470. 10: Sorry, ma'am.... Thank you for inviting me, but I have rehearsal with my members after this....
471. Beautiful Madam: Well.... Then how about you have some fun on my bed tonight, without any rehearsal?
472. 10: I-- I'm not too good at performing so I need those rehearsals! Sorry! (2)
473. 8: Ryuu, come on!
474. 10: My member's calling me! ......Thanks, Gaku. You really saved me there.
475. 8: Every single /damn time. Why do you always end up in this mess?
476. 10: I couldn't really reject her invitation....
477. 9: I'll give you a red hood as a present next time, so you can go out with your basket full of pie and wine.
478. 10: Wine? I like /awamori more, though! Oh....
479. 7: --Ten-nii!
480. 8: ...It's IDOLiSH7.
481. 9: .......
482. 7: Haa, haa.... Ten-nii, did you just get here!?
483. 9: Riku, don't run.
484. 7: Haha, it's okay! I didn't run all that much! Hello Yaotome-san, Tsunashi-san!
485. 10: Hello, Riku-kun.
486. 8: It's really hot today, isn't it?
487. 7: It is summer after all!
488. 1: Nanase-san, please don't run! Don't you know your own body-- ......! TRIGGER....
489. 8: It's like when we met at Okinawa. Almost a year has passed since then, huh. You guys feel more like pros now.
490. 7: Thank you very much! Ten-nii, do you have time to talk...? Just for a bit.
491. 9: My schedule is full. Also, don't use that nickname when we're outside.
492. 7: Got it.... Kujou-san, let's do our best tomorrow.
493. 9: I look forward to working with you.
494. 1: Are you satisfied now? Let's go, Nanase-san.
495. 7: ...Wait! Have you heard about the line-up tomorrow? After IDOLiSH7's done singing, we'll introduce TRIGGER and pass it on.
496. 7: Ten-- Kujou-san, if you don't mind, we'll be introducing "Let's☆SUMMER!" at that time! We'll tell the band people too!
497. 9: Riku....
498. 7: If you blame it on us, then your agency won't get mad at you guys, right? All of our members are okay with it! Because it's really painful being unable to sing one of your beloved songs.
499. 8: Don't do something so unnecessary. Why would you go so that far for us?
500. 7: It's not for TRIGGER. It's for the sake of our members, and for the sake of that song. Nagi would be really down in the dumps about it because he loves Sakura Haruki so much!
501. 7: You know, Nagi said something. He said that if TRIGGER wasn't going to sing it, then you guys should let us jack that song again.
502. 10: 'Jack'...? Just like what happened at SoundShip?
503. 7: But you see, I never thought of it as jacking. I was really frustrated and felt really lonely when we couldn't sing our debut song... But instead of seeing them as things that can be stolen, back and forth....
504. 7: I think songs are something that can connect people's hearts together!
505. 8: Nanase....
506. 7: That song connected us to TRIGGER. That's why we want to hear you guys having fun as you sing it.
507. 9: .......
508. 7: We'll pass the baton to you tomorrow. Revive that song tomorrow, TRIGGER.
509.
510. 3: The ocean's so pretty! Come on, doesn't the breeze feel nice, Nagi?
511. 6: It's perfect for picking up girls and marine sports. Do you mind if I go enjoy those for a bit?
512. 2: This isn't the time to be playing around. Enjoy the concert tomorrow instead.
513. 6: Beneath these summer skies, I can't help but think of the summer song that we lost.... I feel so depressed....
514. 3: Nagi....
515. 2: Sakura Haruki, huh.... What did was he to you, Nagi?
516. 6: .......
517. 2: What?
518. 6: ...For someone who won't reveal any of his own personal information, you sure have the nerve to be asking me questions like this.
519. 2: Shut up. Fine then, don't talk about it.
520. 3: Come on, don't fight. It's okay. I think I'm worse off here, considering I'm surrounded by habitual secret-keepers.
521.
**Nikaidou Yamato・Rokuya Nagi:** Not in the slightest!
522. 3: I don't actually mind that much, though.
523. 6: Understood.... I shall now open up and speak, for the fifth time.
524. 2: Okay, but when were the other four times you opened up, if even that many?
525. 6: For a very long time, until I met Haruki, I spent spent my days in loneliness. I didn't realize I was lonely until I heard his songs.
526. 6: Songs have that power. They can sway our hearts, and they can nurture emotions, emotions that once were nameless. These songs, flying across the world.... They are emotions themselves.
527. 6: That song was never supposed to make anyone sad.
528. 6: And yet, the song changed form and became sorrow. It was a truly painful sight, just like seeing an old tree that has fallen.
529. 3: I see.... You're right.... It must have been awful to see people become bitter about such a fun and cheery song, which someone important to you composed, and think of it as unpleasant....
530. 2: They're all serious guys deep down inside, TRIGGER. For every part of the CD they had fun in, how should I put it.... It all must be kind of painful now....
531. 2: It'd be nice if the people around them at their agency would just let them do what they want...
532. 3: Ah.... It's TRIGGER'S manager.
533. ane: ...IDOLiSH7.... I look forward to working with you tomorrow. Don't drag my boys into anything weird. Got it?
534. 2: So they're not gonna sing that song? Both TRIGGER and the audience are waiting for it.
535. ane: You don't have a say in our agency's policies. ...I do feel bad that something like that happened to you kids, but protecting TRIGGER is more important.
536. 3: If so, then protect their hearts too, dammit! Ah.... Please protect their hearts too.
537. ane: .......
538. 3: Even if they're all shiny on the outside, if they're rotting on the inside then you've basically lost everything! I don't want to see TRIGGER look so sorry.
539. 3: They're all so cool, and handsome-- don't make them hang their heads in shame, please. They're TRIGGER, for crying out loud, the group that all of Japan is in love with!
540. ane: You kids....
541. 6: Our manager wouldn't just protect our prestige; she'd fight to protect our hearts too.
542. 6: You too are a beautiful and brave woman like our manager. I'm begging you, don't let that song or TRIGGER's hearts die. Please spark a miracle to end all of this sorrow.
543. 6: I wish this from the bottom of my heart.
544. ane: Nagi-kun....
545.
546. 1: You let the plan slip to Kujou-san.... I don't know what will happen tomorrow. Even if I plan countermeasures.
547. 7: Sorry. Even though you went through all that trouble to come up with an idea.... But I just had to tell them.
548. 7: That we have hopes for TRIGGER. When you tell me that you have hopes and expectations for me, I just get so happy.... I get so moved that I feel like my heart's trembling. (3)
549. 1: .......
550. 7: You know, everyone was always nice to me because my body's weak. In a way, I was really happy about that, but....
551. 7: Instead of the usual "It's okay. You don't have to sit still".... I've always wanted someone to tell me this--
552. 7: "If it's you, then you should be able to do it. You're the only one who can do it. Because it's you, I can wish for it, even though I know I'm asking for too much. Even if you get covered in cuts and bruises, I want you to keep giving it your all."
553. 1: Nanase-san....
554. 7: Ahaha.... There are times when I lose to the pressure, though. There are times when I mess up and get scared of getting covered in cuts and bruises.
555. 7: But even so, that voice with all of its hopes and expectations for me just helps me stand straight again. I can keep on dreaming about the day I can finally say, "How about that!"
556. 7: You're pretty Spartan, Iori, but thanks to that, I now have this irreplaceable confidence in myself. I've changed, from the me that used to be protected so preciously.
557. 7: I want to be able to sing when you tell me to, Iori-- even when every doctor in the world says 'no.' So keep on expecting things outta me!
558. 7: No matter how tattered and worn-out I am, you're the only one who can be strict on me and scold me then.
559. 1: ....... What harsh demands you make....
560. 7: You're the only one who do it, after all!
561. 1: ...TRIGGER will sing. You twins appear to be dissimilar, but are actually quite similar. If someone somewhere vocalizes their wish, then you two will face them without fail.
562. 1: That song hopes for summer, and it will be revived.
563.
564. 10: The sound of the waves sure is comforting....
565. 8: It really is....
566. 10: A song that can connect us to IDOLiSH7, huh.... I'm really happy he thinks of it that way. ...Riku-kun's a good boy, isn't he?
567. 9: Why are you asking for my assent?
568. 10: Haha.... I couldn't help but think, 'As expected of Ten's younger brother!'
569. 8: ....... To be honest, I ended up hearing IDOLiSH7's "Let's☆SUMMER!" because of circumstances.
570. 10: Is that so....
571. 8: After that, I couldn't get the sound of their singing outta my head. After all....
572. 8: They sounded like they were having so much fun.
573. 10: Gaku....
574. 8: That's why I wanted to give it back to them. I wanted them to sing it again.
575. 8: Even though it's such a bright and cheery song, my chest just hurts every time I hear it.... I can't listen to our own version anymore, even if I try. Because it's a song that we've hurt others with-- and it has hurt us too.
576. 8: But even so, thinking that way is rude to the song.
577. 10: That's right. It's not a sad song. I remember you were genuinely happy when you said that it was a song that'd excite the audience when performed live.
578. 8: Ahaha.... You too, Ryuu. You looked like you were having fun.
579. 10: Because I like lively and energetic songs. I like our usual cool and sexy songs too, but cheery songs like this are closer to how I am normally.
580. 10: And also because it's a song full of our memories. Ten was honest with us for the first time there. He said said we were his friends.
581. 9: .......
582. 10: Do you remember?
583. 9: I do.
584. 10: I was really happy.
585. 9: I see.
586. 9: .......
587. 9: ...I love that song too.
588. 8: We know.
589. 9: We love that song.... The same way you'd love a precious photo album, or a trophy. Or an old scar, left on your body.
590. 10: That's right. That's the simplest answer.
591. 8: What's real is the time we spent singing, dancing, having fun. The pain, maintaining outward appearances-- all of that's just static, getting in our way.
592. 9: Shall we sing?
593. 10: Let's sing.
594. 8: We can sing. We're singers, after all. No one can lay a single finger on us when we're on stage. We're invincible during those moments.
595. 10: I don't mind getting covered in cuts and bruises, if it's with you two. I'd rather have meaningful woulds get carved into my body, instead of staying unscathed. So I can be proud of myself.
596. 9: I like the sound of that. ...I'm excited now.
597. 9: Let us stage a coup d'etat once more. We are unrelenting revolutionary soldiers, not unscathed jewels.
598. 9: We shall use that song as our flag, and let it fly in the skies.
599.
600. /tmg: And so, the next day--
601. /tmg: Beneath the clear skies, the Summer Island Music Festival began.
602.
603. To be continued....
604.
605.
606. (1) I CAN'T BELIEVE I LOOKED THIS UP but just a heads up, I am not a beer person so I Am not by any way or means knowledgable about this subject matter outside the scope of basic google searches bUT anyways. Ryuu says 'dark beer,' but that didn't sound as cool as the word 'ale.' i've never heard of 'dark lager' before (i'm sure it exists but again, not a beer persoN) so i went and looked up the top beers in japan ("japanese beers are ales or lagers") and lo n behold most of them are ales sO, yeah. that and mostly bc i've primarily heard this dark/pale descriptor applied to ales? (ex. belgian pale ale). Second note is I'm assuming 灼熱のサンダードライ is the beer brand name? It showed up in Part 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOST MY SHIT JUST NOW WHEN THIS LINE POPPED UP MAN
607. (2) 本番に弱い threw me on a loop thru self-help books + motivational advice bc it basically means you dont do well when it matters, or you don't perform well (think people who do great in rehearsals but suck at the actual game, etc)
608. im p sure the lady actually means ;^) hey you, you fine HUNK, you won't need to rehearse for ~this~ *legs doing the YMCA* ;^)
609. maybe not in those exact wordS
610. (3) uh went 4 the literal here because that's pretty accurate imagery? any other 'heart' figures of speeches wouldn't have quite hit the mark... and weblio's "heartquake" definition jUST ISNTf,fm, IM LAUHGING, IVE NEVER HEARD THAT WROD BEFORe

613.
**Audience:** Woaaaaah......!
614.
**Audience:** Kyaaaaaa!
615. 2: Man, the crowd is really hyped up! Is alcohol allowed at the music festival or something?
616. 3: It is a beach concert, after all! There's people who came here in their swimsuits! Ahaha! It looks so fun!
617. 3: It really feels like they're going, 'Let's Summer!'
618. tmg: Good work so far, everyone! I apologize that this is happening so last-minute, but TRIGGER has switched placed with you guys with respect to performance order!
619. 7: Huh!? So you mean we're after TRIGGER now!?
620. 1: They may be being more vigilant, because you revealed the plan to them. Perhaps this is to avoid any strange song introductions....
621. 7: No way....
622.
**Audience:** TRIGGER! TRIGGER!
623.
**Audience:** TRIGGER! TRIGGER!
624. 5: The crowd started cheering for TRIGGER the instant the last performer finished. Such enthusiasm!
625. 4: Ah, TRIGGER's going on stage--
626.
**Audience:** Woaaaaah......!
627.
**Audience:** Kyaaaaaa!
628. 4: Agh, so loud!!
629. 3: Ahaha!! You can hear the crowd really well too thanks to the beach acoustics!
630. tmg: Oh? Gaku-san's facing us and speaking without his mic. Is he trying to tell us something?
631. 7: Huh?
632.
633. 8: --Nanase!
634. 8: We'll pass the baton to you.
635.
636.
**Audience:** TRIGGER! TRIGGER!
637. 7: ...Uh, what'd he say?
638. tmg: I-I couldn't hear him!
639. 6: ......!
640. 6: OH......! This intro!
641. 3: ......!! It's "Let's☆SUMMER!"
642. 2: They're going for it themselves!
643.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!!
644.
645. 9: --Sorry for the wait, everyone! Let's shake off this heat and get more excited, shall we?
646.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!!
647. 9: Here's TRIGGER's "Let's☆SUMMER!"
648.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!!
649.
650. ane: Hmph. If I didn't step it up after they said all of that, then I'd lose face as a woman. That's all.
651. ane: Ugh, gosh. Look at me, smiling at these problem children. There's really no helping them.
652. ane: It's 34°C right now. If they get tired, I won't approve! You better take this entire beach to paradise!
653.
654.
**Audience:** Woaaaaah...!
655. 9: Here we go! It's your favorite summer anthem! Are you ready?
656. 8: Dance 'til you can't stand anymore! With the sound of the waves!
657. 10: With the sun and the sea breeze on our backs, let's sing it together!
658.
**Audience:** Kyaaaaaa...!
659.
660.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!
661. 4: Amazing.... The crowd's going wild!
662. 5: Of course they are! Everyone's been waiting for this moment!
663. 3: Ahahaha! This is so fun! I'm having a blast and yet, I'm really tearing up....
664. 3: I'm so happy for you, TRIGGER! I'm so relieved, Nagi.... I'm glad they could smile and sing this song!
665. 6: /Yes! Very happy!!
666. 6: Everyone's singing Haruki's song with a smile on their face! This is the best summer song ever!
667. 6: /I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU TRIGGER!
668. 2: Look at 'em go.... Man, they're the best!
669.
**Izumi Mitsuki・Rokuya Nagi: /Yay!!
670.
**Yotsuba Tamaki・Osaka Sougo:** TRIGGER! TRIGGER!
671. 1: I do wish he could've mentioned it to us, though. Both of of them are so obstinate.... They truly are brothers.
672. 7: Ten-nii! You're so cool!
673.
674.
**Audience:** Kyaaaaaa...!
675. 10: Haa.... That was the best!
676. 9: What do you think?
677. 8: Isn't it obvious? Nothing's impossible for us.
678. 9: Ahaha!
679. 9: Not bad. Let's go from there.
680.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!
681.
**Audience:** Encore! Encore!
682. 9: Dance, IDOLiSH7. Just like you did on that day, after watching us perform. Excite us with your performance. Stand up--
683. 9: And make us proud.
684.
685.
**Audience:** Encore! Encore!!
686. 2: Man, they're already yelling for an encore after one song?
687. 3: That just shows how much they like this song!
688. 6: /Yay! Bravo! Encore! Encore!
689.
690.
**Audience:** Encore! Encore!
691. 9: Wanna hear it again?
692.
**Audience:** Yes!
693.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!
694. 9: OK! We'll have them sing it next!
695.
**Audience:** Huh? "Them?" Who?
696. 8: Those of you who watched the SoundShip performance might know already, but these guys love this song a lot too. Their summer is pretty damn good too!

698. 9: Come on! "Let's☆SUMMER!"

705. 6: Are we going to sing it too? /Awesome! You're killing me! Let's go! Come on!
706. 3: What is this, a festival!? I'm a teary mess, though....
707. 5: Is it really okay!? Isn't this TRIGGER's stage though?
708. 4: They said it's fine! We can't stop now, with how things are going. Not when the audience wants to dance this much! We can't kill their vibes!
709. 7: Will we finally be able to sing our debut single.... in front of everyone?
710.
711.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!
712. 8: Took you long enough! Get over here!
713. 2: Now you've gone and done it, surprising us like this....
714. 8: Shut up, haha. Come on, the crowd's saying hurry up and get ready!
715.
**Audience:** Woaaaaah...!
716. 10: Mitsuki-kun, here's a towel! Wipe your tears!
717. 3: ...Ah, my cover's blown. I'm so embarrassed!
718. 10: We could finally sing it comfortably. After seeing you guys sing it so freely.... We could finally, finally sing it with all our heart!
719. 3: Tsunashi-san....
720. 10: Thank you.
721. 6: That's /good. You don't have to return this song to us anymore.
722. 6: With Haruki's song, we'll /become one! Let us become one!
723.
**Audience:** Waaaaaah...!
724. 7: Sorry this is so sudden, but hello everyone! It's IDOLiSH7!
