  213. Araquanid 2: Araquanid 2 tries to dodge, but alas, he was frozen!
  214. Grace Leonhardt: Grace is also a touch worried, both about Ura, and this heavy anti-preaching preach she seems to be doing. She'll stay silent wanting to hear her out first.
  215. Pierce Mars Oswell: Holding back; deals 16 Dragon damage and knocks it prone too.

  221. Actinidia: "I don't think so. Arceus is just a man, a man born with power, but no less mortal than any of us."
  222. Grace Leonhardt: Grace will still listen to the defiant spider, but she'll swing right back at the frozen bugs, still trying to not harm them too bad in the current state.
  223. Uraruren: Uraruren whines, "But - but so many people worship him! So many believe he is the cause of the change! And then they kill in his name!"

  228. Grace Leonhardt: 7
  229. Grace Leonhardt: distance
  230. Pierce Mars Oswell: "That's hardly his fault. You saw him, do you really think he'd condone that? It isn't the first time in history that someone did horrible things in somebody else's name, regardless or what others felt."
  231. Grace Leonhardt: 18
  232. Grace Leonhardt: damage
  233. Grace Leonhardt: Grace Leonhardt loses 6 power.
  234. Narrator: Ground penetrating damage?
  235. Grace Leonhardt: (That was the previous on and this current use. Trying to get back into the swing of things sorry.)
  236. Araquanid 1: (( I've been messing up too! ))
  237. Grace Leonhardt: Ye
  238. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 resists! 2
  239. Etna Tracey: "Arceus, in the story that our Pokemon bodies are from, was the creator deity of that world. People who know of that, and people that inherited the rough general knowledge, could've made assumptions."
  240. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 loses 16 health.
  241. Araquanid 2: Araquanid 2 resists! 4
  242. Araquanid 2: Araquanid 2 loses 11 health.
  243. Araquanid 2: Araquanid 2 falls unconscious inside of his icy prison.
  244. Araquanid 1: 4+6+3+2=15
  245. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 remains frozen solid.
  246. Arceus: Arceus descends down from the heavens.
  247. Actinidia: "... huh."
  248. Actinidia has received initiative.
  249. Uraruren: Uraruren blinks and looks up into the sky, "...I-Is that really...him?"
  250. Avara: arceus: heard you were talkin' shit about me. time for a legendary boss fight.
  251. Actinidia: Actinidia stops to see what Arceus does. She has no need to do anything further, as the outcome of the battle is completely up to his whims and there's not much any one could do it.
  252. Actinidia: Actinidia is going to Defend herself and pass.
  253. Etna Tracey has received initiative.
  254. * Etna Tracey defends as well.
  255. Uraruren: Uraruren rushes toward Arceus and cranes her neck to look up at him, "You! You heard my prayers! You heard me and came!"
  256. Arceus: Arceus blinks and twists his head to view Uraruren on the ground, "...?" Arceus then looks around to see the rest of your group and the frozen Pokémon, "...It looks like I may be interrupting. Have we met?"
  257. Arceus: Arceus descends and lands on solid ground north of the water.
  258. Arceus: Arceus goes down 12 meter(s).
  259. Pierce Mars Oswell has received initiative.
  260. Actinidia: "We met at least one Arceus. Are you from Canada?"
  261. Etna Tracey: "Depends. Are you the Arceus that tried to recruit a dragon legendary?"
  262. Uraruren: "...What...?"
  263. Narrator: Are people still interested in combat or should I disengage?'
  264. Avara: if the spiders will willingly back off after thawing, i'm fine with ending combat
  265. Pierce Mars Oswell: As am I
  266. Grace Leonhardt: Poke god is right there, so that is probably gonna take priority if the spoodes won't attack.
  267. Actinidia: Yeah.
  268. Narrator: You don't know that and they are frozen and thus can't say that.
  269. Actinidia: I think we can safely wait.
  270. Avara: yeah, i'll take the risk
  271. Narrator: I'll go ahead and end combat then.
  272. Arceus: "I am the only me that I know of. And I have made attempts to recruit many legendary dragons. I have recruited some and some have denied me so you'll have to be a bit more specific."
  273. Uraruren: "Waitasecond! Are you saying you didn't hear me? You didn't come because I prayed?!"
  274. Actinidia: "Radegonda, the Reshiram. And yes, I would like to know why you've returned."
  275. Arceus: Arceus looks down at Uraruren, "...I don't hear prayer, child. Nor do I require it."
  276. Uraruren: "I knew it! You're a false god! I don't know why people worship you!"
  277. * Etna Tracey gently pats Ura with her tail.
  278. Etna Tracey: "Like I said, people are making assumptions based on the story from before."
  279. Actinidia: "And like I said, he's a former human from Canada. Just a very strong one."
  280. Grace Leonhardt: "... if uh... you're not here to talk to ura... why are you here?"
  281. Arceus: Arceus chuckles, "I don't know either and I wish they didn't." Arceus tilts his head when Actinidia spoke, "Radegonda...oh, the Reshiram! Yes. Only one of her kind here in the USA."
  282. Etna Tracey: To Arceus, Etna will look him as in the eye as she can (17'8"), before talking. "We were the group of Pokemon that kept you and her talking from escalating into you and her fighting."
  283. Arceus: Arceus blinks, "Oh! Oh yes, I vaguely recall you all now. The quite diverse band of Pokémon. Former humans if I remember right., And...were quite a bit smaller if I'm remmebering right." Arceus chuckles, "Forgive me for not recognizing you. I've been traveling a lot. Yours is but one of thousands of faces I see daily now."
  284. Pierce Mars Oswell: "Thousands? How far out have you travelled, anyhow?"
  285. Actinidia: "And yours stands out. I've struggled to remember all the faces I've met as well."
  286. Etna Tracey: "Ura, want to climb up?"
  287. Arceus: "Quite. In search of children to rescue and other naturally gifted to defend them."
  288. Arceus: "China was hell."
  289. Etna Tracey: "China was overpopulated to begin with, wasn't it...?"
  290. * Etna Tracey winces.
  291. Uraruren: Uraruren glares at Arceus before turning to Etna and shaking her head, "No. I am...I am okay."
  292. Arceus: "There was barely any children left there."
  293. Etna Tracey: "Alright, Ura. If you want to talk about gods and religions later, feel free to ask."
  294. Uraruren: Uraruren sighs, "People are just...just stupid."
  295. Etna Tracey: "A sentiment shared by countless people throughout the ages."
  296. Arceus: Arceus noticeably frowns, "People are confused and hurt. They aren't stupid."
  297. Etna Tracey: "People are stupid. Persons individually can be very smart, but when they mob together, instinct reduces reasonability."
  298. Uraruren: "Whatever you say, god. I'm just tired of...just people now."
  299. Grace Leonhardt: Grace just swallows as she tries to process what was said about China. Though she'll worriedly watch Ura skitter by. "So, this is a global thing then? Not just the states and china?"
  300. DNA: While I'm thinking about it, is now a good time to take a breather?
  301. Arceus: Arceus watches Uraruren walk away and then turn to Etna, "You're talking about humans. I'm talking about people. All people. This change was sudden and the first generation are quickly being fucked out of existence. Through death or breeding. Things are changing far too rapidly than most creatures are used to."
  302. Arceus: (( It would be. ))
  303. Actinidia: ((We don't know if combat is REALLY over yet))
  304. Uraruren: Uraruren, taking a five minute breather, is healed and gains 11 health and 8 power.
  305. Actinidia: Actinidia, taking a five minute breather, is healed and gains 12 health and 9 power.
  306. Actinidia: "I do already have two children..."
  307. Etna Tracey: "I guess I just don't see a difference yet. Humans make up a lot of the information source that people have right now."
  308. Etna Tracey: "Knowledge is inherited."
  309. Etna Tracey: "Literally, from birth, inherited."
  310. Pierce Mars Oswell: Pierce Mars Oswell, taking a five minute breather, is healed and gains 12 health and 8 power.
  311. Arceus: "You're right. And experience is also knowledge. That is also passed down by the non-humans."
  312. * Etna Tracey shrugs. "So, in your travels, have you heard of the Seekers of Blood?"
  313. Arceus: "Humans had the advantage, at least those that played or watched Pokémon, in type advantages and recognizing Pokémon by sight. But they were also limited by the restrictions placed on Pokémon in those incarnations of the franchise. Creatures that just merely grew comfortable in their new bodies and experimented learned what they were capable of without any restrictions. And when they bred, that knowledge passed down."
  314. Arceus: "The first generation is in serious danger in the days to come and I think it's beginning to be felt."
  315. Etna Tracey: "Flexibility is important. I guess we're lucky gen-oners then."
  316. Arceus: "Indeed I have. I have not figured out how to deal with them yet."
  317. Arceus: Arceus looks around, "So this area is rather unusual. It has disturbingly changed aura patterns in mere moments. Nearby I felt something similar but instead it was aura just...vanishing."
  318. Actinidia: "We
  319. Actinidia: 've seen both places."
  320. Pierce Mars Oswell: "Was that nearby place in the sewers? We passed by there, and there was something...a bit odd."
  321. Etna Tracey: "Underground, in the subways. There are pockets of aura vacuum."
  322. Etna Tracey: "Well... the sewers, but connected to the subway."
  323. Etna Tracey: "The territory belongs to a fire monkey, his ultra beast ally, and... someone else. They're using Bloods as slave labor for daring to threaten the monkey's children. The monkey in question is a doctor... forgot his name."
  324. Grace Leonhardt: "Uh yeah. I uh... think I evolved when I missed coming into contact with one of them below? I'm uh, guessing that because the others seemed to evolve when they touched the things up here."
  325. Pierce Mars Oswell: "I believe his name was Amarant?"
  326. Arceus: "Things?" Arceus looks around, "Point it out please? I see a lot of things."
  327. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 thaws and stands.
  328. Pierce Mars Oswell: "One of the rainbow crystals. There's one behind you, if you want to look."
  329. Etna Tracey: "Do you see the floating auracite over there?" Etna gestures west.
  330. Arceus: Arceus turns and see's it. Arceus flies quickly to meet it.
  331. Arceus: Arceus studies the strange crystal.
  332. Etna Tracey: "It used to be like the flower across the lake, but we accidentally adjusted it. They generate aura. The flower form generates typed auras, of all types. The crystal generates ALL auras."
  333. Grace Leonhardt: "I was uh... actually thinking of seeing if I could dig it up and take it back to our base to study it or something..."
  334. Actinidia: "Hey, Ura. I spoke with your mother, and she has a proposal for our clans. Some of our members will go stay with their clan, and some of her children will come stay with ours. We diversify our population, and our ideas. I don't know what I think about this proposal yet, but I convinced your mother at how important you are as an ambassador, since you have experienced both their culture and ours."
  335. Uraruren: Uraruren shrugs, "She banished me. I'm not sure I can trust her whims by this point."
  336. Uraruren: Uraruren sighs, "And could you trust me? I got you all attacked and likely enemied by some influential war leader."
  337. Etna Tracey: "My -hypothesis- is that these aura generators are causing or fuelling the change in the world. Their antithesis is underground."
  338. Actinidia: "I told her I would return with my answer in two days." Actinidia paused, "Wait, attacked by some influential war leader?"
  339. Arceus: "This is amazing! It's flooding the area with auras. Like you said, all auras! It's going to rapidly change the environment on a scale I can't hope to predict!"
  340. Etna Tracey: "I can."
  341. * Pierce Mars Oswell remains quiet, fearing what sort of impact his stunt will have later..
  342. Etna Tracey: "It's going to make sure we all live in a Pokemon World."
  343. Arceus: "I was beginning to worry because I've been coming across signs that the old world is dying out. Things were beginning to just 'stop'. And resources would be vanishing for everyone when it hit a point of no return. But this, this can just flood places with new resources! It would save lives!"
  344. Etna Tracey: Etna has referenced the johto song~.
  345. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...Arceus. Do you have the ability to trace things like this? Say, analyzing the one in front of you, and sense where things like it are elsewhere?"
  346. Actinidia: "I remembered in Generation Two, there were berries that grew quickly. Any pokemon could eat them. I don't know how that will work in the real world, but supplies are running low and I don't want our clan to resort to meat. Not with what that means now."
  347. Uraruren: "Those jerks that threw spikes everywhere? They sought you all out for something we did. You guys are nice people who talk first and save lives where you can. I'm just a killer. Who do you think garnered their vengeful attention? Me! It was me!! And none of them personally knew any of us. And they're still alive out there somewhere."
  348. Actinidia: "So, Mr. Arceus. If you ever, EVER, find a berry like the games, please give some to us. We're a colony of grass snakes... and others... and will make sure it grows."
  349. Etna Tracey: Etna moves over to Ura's side. "Ura. We're not upset with you."
  350. Arceus: "If I remember to. If I remember, I don't mind." Arceus nods to Actinidia and turns to Mars, "Not particularly. I just noticed a really weird change in aura in the vicinity and came to check it out. But I wouldn't be surprised if I'm more sensitive to aura than you are - uh, no offense."
  351. Etna Tracey: "You learned, and honestly, we had to practice and learn too, to be able to make diplomacy and mercy an option. Even with human society leaning towards mercy, it wasn't an instant thing for us either. That you DID learn, willingly, is the bigger factor to me. Being a good person isn't a default."
  352. Pierce Mars Oswell: "None taken. If that's the case you'll want to be careful - I touched that thing, it changed me into this, but...it nearly wrenched out my insides in the process."
  353. Etna Tracey: "It's trying. Choosing to try, again and again."
  354. Arceus: "I don't want you to risk yourselves, but if you can make more of these, I'd be quite grateful."
  355. Actinidia: Actinidia stepped up to the thawed out spider, "Excuse me. It's pretty clear you've lost and equally clear we've chosen not to attack you further. You and all of your allies are fine, if battered. We'd like to make peace. Is this agreeable to you?"
  356. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...I could try, but I only made it from an existing one." Mars gestures to the flower to the opposite side.
  357. Grace Leonhardt: "Well... Yeah, we're not upset with you. You were coming to grasp with your way of life as a pokemon and like Arcus said, Gen 1ers are trying things out, and seeing things in new ways. That includes you, AND us. I'd say you've done good in improving youself for the better. You're trying to learn from your past." She'll say trying to give a comfort pat to Ura... sitting down to reach her.
  358. Arceus: "Do you think that doctor you mentioned in the void aura area did that purposefully? And would be willing to speak with me? I don't want to walk into there to chat with him about the implications of, possibly, his actions if it'll just turn his ire on me."
  359. Etna Tracey: "Doctor Death doesn't like people walking into his territory."
  360. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 pauses, hoping no one would've noticed her standing here, "...If I could get a drink of water, yes."
  361. Actinidia: "But you two do have similar motives for protecting children, perhaps he'll listen. He's nothing if not practical." Actinidia added to Etna's statement.
  362. Actinidia: Actinidia turned back. "Feel free. I would like to discuss this territory with you. Who is in charge around here?"
  363. Actinidia: Actinidia stepped to the side, giving the spider some space.
  364. * Etna Tracey shrugs at Araquanid. "You don't attack us, we won't attack you. And honestly, a truce around important sources like this area wouldn't be a bad idea."
  365. Etna Tracey: "We all need access to places like this, and it helps the world stay healthy if we don't damage it."
  366. Uraruren: Uraruren whimpers from the words of encouragement and affectionate attention from Grace and Etna before nodding and covering her face in her legs, " sniff sniff T-Thank you... I thought-I thought I had done nothing but terrible things and brought anger toward everyone... sniffle sniffle sniff I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!! Waahhnn!" Uraruren shudders on the ground in tears.
  367. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 nods and cautiously approaches the water.
  368. * Etna Tracey pats Ura gently with her tail again.
  369. Arceus: Arceus smiles gently when Uraruren wails and approaches Mars.
  370. Actinidia: Actinidia attempts to lift the Dewpider1, to carry it up next to the other unconcious spider.
  371. Arceus: "I think you mentioned you turned the flower, like the one south, into this abundant thing of resources. If you think you could do it again - safely - I think you should. But in a controlled envinronment and likely one that actually needs it."
  372. Etna Tracey: "You aren't horrible or terrible or awful, or anything like that. You're a kid, still learning and coming into your own. We'll deal with the problems as they come... honestly? You may not have come from any egg of mine, but I feel very protective of you. Like... well. Somewhere between my daughter and my apprentice. I'll never hate you."
  373. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...I can try, though I don't know if it'll work the same way every time. ...Ow."
  374. Grace Leonhardt: Grace continues to pat. "Let it out hun... It's bad to bottle them up for too long. That and my own faith kinda has a big pivot on forgiveness when asked for it. With recent events, seems faith is kidna needed for some." She'll look up at arcus, "Well... there's stuff down in the sewers where I fought really hard near and I kinda changed from a riolu that was half my current size... and I got stronger, like a lot."
  375. Arceus: Arceus pulls a satchel from his spikes and lays it on the ground before Mars. The satchel is rainbow colored and feels similar to the all aura crystal generator, "I made this from evolution stones. Mostly to hold things in, like other evolution stones. I think it would touch aura changing devices without ruining the device in question and without harming you. Plus, it's a pretty neat bag with weight distorting properties. Feel free to drag the flower somewhere else and help the environment a little - if you can do it without hurting yourself."
  376. Actinidia: "Ooo! We want that!"
  377. Actinidia: Actinidia is still attempting the dragging.
  378. Grace Leonhardt: "Oh! We can study it back at the White House! That and if it gives supplies, it wouldn't hurt!"
  379. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...I wouldn't be adverse to that. In theory I could carry it on my back. ...Though are you sure it's right for you to just give me this satchel? Without any provocation?"
  380. Narrator: (( You should be able to move them Rob ))
  381. Actinidia: Actinidia gives each one a single Synthesis.
  382. Actinidia: Actinidia loses 2 power.
  383. Actinidia: Synth 1 5+1+3+5=14
  384. * Etna Tracey lays down by Ura, resting her head by the little spider.
  385. Actinidia: Synth2 2+3+5+5=15
  386. Actinidia: First heals 18 the second heals 16
  387. Arceus: "With what you've done with the environment? Please, this is awesome. If you can do more of this I'd only be happy to help."
  388. Araquanid 2: Araquanid 2 is healed and gains 18 health.
  389. Dewpider 1: Dewpider 1 is healed and gains 16 health.
  390. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...I don't mind if it'll help this place. Grace is okay with it... Act? Etna?"
  391. Arceus: Arceus drops the satchel before Mars.
  392. Actinidia: "If we're okay with taking the flower back to our camp? The one we're trying to cultivate? I had half a mind to suggest we move our entire base of operations here just because of how much of a boon these things are."
  393. Araquanid 1: Araquanid 1 dives into the water startled by the sudden RAINBOW BAG OF WEIRDNESS landing nearby.
  394. Etna Tracey: "Not gonna say no to more auracite, Mars."
  395. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...I'll take that as a yes, then. It'd be nice to have it here, but the White House is more defensible.
  396. * Pierce Mars Oswell slings the satchel over him. (Does he notice anything, feel any different?"
  397. Actinidia: "This reminds me of another question. On our adventures we found another garden patch, filled with life. The pokemon there called us "monsters" and talked about how their greenery was granted by a god of some kind. Have you seen this place?"
  398. Grace Leonhardt: "That and we have several people that just set up shop there too... litterally."
  399. Actinidia: ((test?))
  400. Avara: ((testaga))
  401. DNA: EEEYYAAAAH
  402. Narrator: (( I'm here ))
  403. Actinidia: ((That question was toward Arceus, sorry))
  404. Arceus: "Such a place I've seen before. Here and in other countries. Did they say I did it?"
  405. Arceus: "I'm not the only god people speak of, after all."
  406. Arceus whispers: You don't, but the back singles both unnervingly and familiarly.
  407. Actinidia: "They said a god. I'm not sure which one. I believe they said deerlike, but I might be misremembering."
  408. You whisper to Narrator: Familiarly? How so?
  409. Arceus whispers: Perhaps its some of the auras you recongnize or feel closer to.
  410. Arceus: "Could be me then. Or it could be the other one. The...rainbow deer one? But I didn't magic any life into lands. I don't possess such abilities."
  411. Grace Leonhardt: "No offense, but personal oppinion of lowercase g." She'll say with an akward chuckle. "Wait, Rainbow de- Oh! Xerneas... huh. That... makes sense... I think? Have you seen them in the US?"
  412. Arceus: Arceus shakes his head, "I haven't seen any...Xerneas anywhere."
  413. Arceus: "And my name is Laurent Aucoin." Arceus bows.
  414. Grace Leonhardt: "O-Oh! Sorry. Grace, again. Though uh... taller this time round. Oh... I just had a follow up thought. If there's Xerneas possibly, does that mean there's a giant Y shaped representation of death about?"
  415. Etna Tracey: "Etna Tracey."
  416. Actinidia: "Actinidia."
  417. Pierce Mars Oswell: "I'm just 'Mars' now."
  418. Avara: what do you call it when pierce makes pipes? Mars Bars
  419. DNA: Ohohoho Dohohoho
  420. Actinidia: "Ura... what will you do now? Stay here? Come with us?"
  421. Uraruren: "Do you think I should go back to my mother and...be the bridge between you all and them?"
  422. Uraruren: "You suggested that earlier...right?"
  423. Actinidia: "I would love that. I disagree with her, but I'm beginning to realize that if I fight with anyone I disagree with in this new world... I'm going to fight everyone. If someone's willing to listen, I want to share."
  424. Etna Tracey: "They banished you, you said?"
  425. Etna Tracey: "She told us you ran away. I don't feel much like trusting her with you, with that disparity."
  426. Actinidia: ((misread Ura's sentence, darn))
  427. Avara is disconnected.
  428. Actinidia: "What I mean is... I want to work with your mother. And I believe you'll be key to that. Whether you stay there, or stay with us... really... I want you to stay where you are happy the most. Even if that's right here."
  429. Uraruren: Uraruren nods, "She did. She didn't value what I learned. But if you changed her mind...she may."
  430. Actinidia: "I hope I did."
  431. Grace Leonhardt: "That's... kinda the hope. Tring to avoid tribalist kind of thinking, and make connections with other groups."
  432. Avara has connected.
  433. Uraruren: "I love my mother. I'll try to return home. And if they accept me back in light of things...I'll try to keep us as one people separated by several streets."
  434. Uraruren: (( Thought I hit enter like, 4 times. ))
  435. Actinidia: ((copy and paste for Ava?))
  436. Avara: last thing i saw was etna not trusting ura's mom
  437. Etna Tracey: "If you're sure you want to, then alright. But if there's any trouble, just remember. You're always welcome back with us."
  438. Actinidia: Avara is disconnected. Actinidia: "What I mean is... I want to work with your mother. And I believe you'll be key to that. Whether you stay there, or stay with us... really... I want you to stay where you are happy the most. Even if that's right here." Uraruren: Uraruren nods, "She did. She didn't value what I learned. But if you changed her mind...she may." Actinidia: "I hope I did." Grace Leonhardt: "That's... kinda the hope. Tring to avoid tribalist kind of thinking, and make connections with other groups." Avara has connected. Uraruren: "I love my mother. I'll try to return home. And if they accept me back in light of things...I'll try to keep us as one people separated by several streets." Uraruren: (( Thought I hit enter like, 4 times. ))
  439. Actinidia: ((best I could do))
  440. Uraruren: (( I dropped it into Skype ))
  441. Actinidia: ((Skype closed on me and I didn't notice. It's been doing that a lot lately))
  442. Actinidia: "If we've got the blossom, we should head out."
  443. * Pierce Mars Oswell walks to the south to nab the other crystal to haul back to the White House.
  444. Grace Leonhardt: Grace will give a final few pats to Ura, before going to go help Mars with the crystal.
  445. Arceus: Arceus uses telekinesis on the crystal to push it onto Mars.
  446. Arceus: 2+6+5+9=22
  447. Pierce Mars Oswell: How heavy is the crystal?
  448. Narrator: 322.7 lbs.
  449. Grace Leonhardt: Oh shoot, Grace could carry that.
  450. Pierce Mars Oswell: Thankfully that's under my max weight, just over my carry weight
  451. Narrator: Pokemon are cheating man
  452. Pierce Mars Oswell: Encumbered...halves my speed and makes my DEF/SPDEF 10?
  453. Narrator: (( My chair. Just broke. ))
  454. Avara: NO!
  455. Avara: D=
  456. Avara: NOT THE CHAIR!
  457. DNA: Wow. I feel weirdly clairvoyant.
  458. Narrator: I can't fix it
  459. Avara: is there anything you can use in the meantime? a kitchen chair or something?
  460. Narrator: Yes. I got this chair because the other ones murder my tailbone
  461. Avara: D=
  462. Avara: cushions! and saving up to replace it!
  463. Narrator: I'm going to try to get another this weekend. From like, ikea or something.
  464. Avara: yes!
  465. Avara: that!
  466. Narrator: Anyway, I juryrigged it enough that I have back support again
  467. Avara: less than an hour to go. maybe we set up the crystal to be ready to go, and then we roll out and end sesh?
  468. Avara: we're at kind of a natural end point as is.
  469. DNA: Hyah, mule! Or something.
  470. Narrator: Well, I'd be fine with you guys returning to the white house with your crystal without issue. You beat the fuck out 95% of everything between here and there.
  471. Avara: the other 5% is either legendaries or people smart enough not to fight.
  472. Narrator: Nah, it's the Joltik and Galvantula staring at you.
  473. Avara: smart enough not to fight.
  474. Grace: god joltik are adorable.
  475. DNA: Seems good to just hop on over.
  476. Avara: hoppip-skiploom-jumpluff over there.
  477. Actinidia: sure thing
  478. Avara: onward to the pc box map?
  479. * Avara rolls around.
  480. Narrator: Somehow I lost everyone except Etna
  481. DNA: We're still by the lake
  482. Narrator: Pasted you by Etna
  483. Avara: etna is too big to lose so easily.
  484. Avara: everyone else is smol by comparison.
  485. Narrator: Alright. You guys are now at the White House. With the auricite of auwer.
  486. * Pierce Mars Oswell is moving not unlike a beast of burden would, as he hauls the giant crystalline flower into the grounds.
  487. Grace: "Should we place this somewhere on the grass? Or should we try to keep it inside for safe keeping considering it might do the uh... spilling out aura bleed thingy like it did at the pond?"
  488. Narrator: Now, where you decide to plop this thing make ABSOLUTE SURE you tell me its exact location.
  489. Avara: i have NO idea.
  490. Grace: "Why don't we keep it inside, until we can set up a little safe place for it to let things grow?"
  491. Grace Leonhardt: ^
  492. Pierce Mars Oswell: "Should we put it in a centralized location? Or some place in storage?"
  493. Etna Tracey: "With our current vulnerability to flying types, we shouldn't leave it exposed to the air. But we should put it high up so the energy can drift as far as it can.
  494. Etna Tracey: "Unless you think it'd spread better underground."
  495. Etna Tracey: (( cunning test to see which would be better? ))
  496. Grace Leonhardt: "Well considering, it's floral shape, maybe it's above ground...?" She'll say just taking a stab at the air.
  497. Narrator: Cunning (Engineering)
  498. Etna Tracey: 3+4+3+0=10
  499. Actinidia: (was late)
  500. Etna Tracey: "Evenly centralized. It's not going to be blocked by objects or creatures. It should be somewhere so it can wash over everything evenly."
  501. Pierce Mars Oswell: "If it works better above ground, why not put it by that sniper's nest we made a stairway to?"
  502. Pierce Mars Oswell: "...Ah, so...middling elevation. It works like a sphere, not like a fountain."
  503. Actinidia: "So, there is a good chance this thing will try to affix itself to a spot. In which case, we really need to be careful."
  504. Etna Tracey: "So I'm thinking maybe ground floor, in the center of the camp. We can build fortifications around it.
  505. Actinidia: "Not quite the center of the yard, perhaps 1/3rd of the way from the whitehouse wall and the road."
  506. Grace Leonhardt: "Sounds like a good idea. Though we need it exposed to some of the grass due to the potential of getting some free food off of it once it gets things growing. Oh! ANd we probably need to tell the residents about it, and to not mess with it."
  507. Etna Tracey: "Act, reasoning?"
  508. Actinidia: "I want it on the grass, because it will help the grass grow the most. I don't want it on or in the house, because I don't know what will try to grow or how much of the house might be damaged or replaced by whatever aura the flower generates. At the same time, closer to the house means it is easier to protect."
  509. Grace Leonhardt: "Oh! Oh crud you're right... We don't know how it'd react to buildings... right?"
  510. Actinidia: "Indeed. Placing it in the house might damage it. Or worse, not do anything at all. I feel like exposing it to the elements is a good idea, since it is the elements. And right now, speaking for myself, my top priority is the ability to grow food. So if there is anything I want pumped full of aura it's our crop."
  511. Etna Tracey: "If it does have a conversion effect on stuff near it, having it near the house could make making the house into a gym easier."
  512. Actinidia: "True, but I'd sooner leave it in the open and build a house around it than risk what we've established."
  513. Etna Tracey: "Second concern: Having it nearer the road risks it spilling out onto the road."
  514. Etna Tracey: "Empowering things out there."
  515. Pierce Mars Oswell: "So, for that reason, do you not want it next to a source of water?"
  516. Etna Tracey: "I don't know, honestly. I don't have a solid idea, I'm just raising possible problems."
  517. Etna Tracey: "Hold on."
  518. Actinidia: "I'm not as concerned about the roads, we can just build more walls around them too. As our territory expands."
  519. Etna Tracey: (( can i test to estimate how far the aura spreads? ))
  520. Narrator: You can try.
  521. Etna Tracey: 5+2+2+0=9
  522. Etna Tracey: (( oh, +1. ))
  523. Actinidia: Perception 6+5+5+1=17 (STUNT! 6 Stunt Points)
  524. Avara: therrrrrre we go
  525. Pierce Mars Oswell: Cunning? 2+2+4+1=9 (STUNT! 2 Stunt Points)
  526. Narrator: Perception won't give you such knowledge.
  527. Etna Tracey: "Ah. I... see. I actually see."
  528. Etna Tracey: "Haha. That's... new."
  529. Actinidia: "I can't see anything."
  530. Narrator whispers: You can see it going at least 15 meters. The little ripples radiating off the thing. But you can smell it as far as 30 meters. Beyond that you'd just be guessing.
  531. Etna Tracey: "The way it is now, it spreads about 20 meters before it goes invisible. When it crystalizes... maybe about 50 meters?"
  532. Etna Tracey: "Put it 50 meters away from the road."
  533. Actinidia: "Which is how far from the house?"
  534. Etna Tracey: "Let's go up and see how much room we have to work with."
  535. Actinidia: ((We're getting to the point where we really need a map))
  536. Avara: agreed.
  537. Narrator: I'll try and make one for you.
  538. Avara: also: title~!
  539. Avara: etna is now Divine Eyes.
  540. Grace Leonhardt: Divine Eyes? Fancy
  541. Actinidia: Should we put off the planning until we have a map?
  542. Narrator: I'd say 50-meters from the road would put it at the first grassy area of the white house.
  543. Narrator: Like...
  544. Avara: if gm is willing to postpone planning until we have a map, okay. but we never get done stuff we put off 'til between sessions.
  545. Narrator: The front entrance of the white house has a walkway leading to a circular driveway and in the middle of that circle is a grassy area with a few trees.
  546. Narrator: Just remind me to work on it if I don't mention it.
  547. Narrator: Deciding where will probably be easier with visual aid.
  548. Avara: that sounds excellent. maybe in the middle of the grassy circle, as a tentative plan pending map
  549. Narrator: Should we pause here and continue when you have something to look at?
  550. Actinidia: Yeah. I was thinking the back yard, which is pretty huge.
  551. Grace: Sounds like a plan. And yeah, I was thinking the barkyard too.
  552. Avara: map sounds like a beautiful thing then
  553. Narrator: Then we can pause here.
  554. Avara: pause button!
  555. Avara: AND TITLE
  556. Narrator: Time: 4:35 PM
  557. Avara: so hype for etna's new title
  558. Narrator: EXP: 450
  559. DNA: My Withdraw has worn off!
  560. Grace Leonhardt: Grace Leonhardt gains 450 experience points.
  561. DNA: 9850 exp, 1150 to next level
  562. Pierce Mars Oswell: Pierce Mars Oswell gains 450 experience points.
  563. Avara: *hugs everyone and poofs*
  564. Avara is disconnected.
  565. Actinidia is disconnected.
  566. Grace is disconnected.
  567. You have disconnected.
