I can do this. I'd love to do this, in fact.

I'm afraid that if I'm lead producer, my team will be cut. But I think being lead producer would be a good opportunity for me, and I think having all the producers check in with each other every now and then would help us all stay on track and ease frustrations of everyone doing things we're not used to.

Because Witch Card? is combo-heavy, I predict the design will be math-heavy. We picked this idea partly because that's right up my alley. Splitting my responsibilities three ways -- designer, producer, lead producer -- might well put my team in jeopardy, and I don't think anyone on my team has the skillset to pick up my slack.

This isn't a rejection. I will gladly take on this role if we agree that it's the best course. But I have a responsibility to my team, and I can't let them down -- even for the good of the class -- unless we both know what we're getting into.

Please let me know if I should still schedule that meeting.
