Workaround for esp disabling issue with FO4 Patch

Permanent workaround for esp disabling issue with latest FO4 Patch:

1. Download Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE): http://f4se.silverlock.org/
2. Follow the F4SE install instructions.
3. Open up Nexus Mod Manager.
4. Open the settings (2 small gears icon).
5. Navigate to the fallout4 tab of the settings
6. Set the Custom Launch option. In the Command box, copy/paste the fallout 4 main directory, and add \f4se_loader.exe at the end. Ignore the arguments box.
7. Save and re-launch Nexus Mod Manager.
8. Click the dropdown arrow next to the launch button, and select 'Launch Custom Fallout4'
9. The game will now launch with mods straight away, without opening the launcher.

Remember, you need to always Launch Custom Fallout4, or the default launcher will disable most of your mods!
