  1. Name: Keigan
  2. Description:
  3. This bright red doujutsu is linked very closely to the emotion of Anger, though not in the traditional sense. While this doujutsu is activated, the user gains the ability to manipulate anger with two abilities: Trigger and Absorb. When the Trigger ability is used, eye contact will trigger any Anger perk the target possesses. When the Absorb ability is used, the user will feed on that anger, increasing their own abilities passively while removing the anger from their target temporarily.
  4. Note: Absorb may not be used until two turns after Trigger. This means that for two turns, the target gains the full benefit of their Anger perk. If the target activates their Anger perk of their own volition, Absorb may be used immediately.
  5.
  6. The Tier of the Doujutsu determines the OOC stat buff that is gained, as well as the IC power transfer.
  7.
  8. At Tier 1, it can only Absorb the full power of a Tier 1 perk. When used against a T2, it will neutralize it, but only receive the stat benefit of a T1.
  9. At Tier 2, the same is true of T3 neutralization, but it will only recieve a T2 buff.
  10. At Tier 3, it remains only able to neutralize Tier 3 anger. It can also only receive the full benefit of T3 Absorb. After numerous uses, the user gains the ability to not only absorb, but also store anger. This enables the user to store the buff from anger they've absorbed for later use. The Release ability may only be used up to the current tier of Keigan.
  11. At Tier 4, the user gains a unique form of mastery. They are able to not only store the power anger provides, but store it in massive amounts. Once enough anger is stored, they can trigger a Mass Release, surrounding themselves with an aura of anger. It works the same as the normal, single-target Trigger and Absorb abilities, but it affects everyone within a [#] tile area. The more people who are affected, the greater the user's power becomes.
