without any notice or warning they removed me from the xbox ambassadors program!!  they did once before, but i immediately was able to rejoin.  this time it says i am banned.  sorry if you (MS) expect me to support you through this mess you have made for yourself.  sorry if i am telling people NOT to waste their money for "repairs".  sorry that i think this is a truly unacceptable state of affairs.  sorry if i ACTUALLY want to provide information that can help someone, rather than linking to a simple set of troubleshooting steps that any sensible person would have already tried before reaching out to "support" on the forums.  this whole forum is a joke.  just go ahead, anyone who reads this, take a look at the users who have the highest level, and all the fancy badges. (which apparently mean nothing now, since you can't even fix a broken link.  click on the badges to see what they mean.  www.xbox.com/.../iconsandlevels  PAGE NOT FOUND).  look at the things the ambassadors post.   they say reset, restore, repair.  that's what we used to do for IPOD troubleshooting.  this is clearly a more complicated system than an MP3 Player, and yet there is nothing anyone can do because MS is forcing updates, equivalent to throwing a brick at people's consoles!  and oh my!  we can never tell people how to actually fix things themselves, because that's money that MS loses on extorting people with these updates!  how about you are causing your own losses by providing a terrible product and terrible service!  i truly don't believe that you can just say in the terms of use that we aren't allowed to file class action.  MS doesn't make the laws, just the rules for their own private xbox live service.  if MS does something illegal, which i truly feel this is bordering on, then they should be held accountable however appropriate.  anyone wearing the ambassador badge should be ashamed of yourself, and i am proud to be an honest and helpful member of this forum and planet earth.  go ahead and ban me from the forums, that's more free time for me, and more time wasted for your customers unplugging their power strips and restoring and redownloading their entire consoles over and over and over.  wasting money and time sending the consoles to MS only to get the same thing back with the same exact issues.  360 had the RROD, but that was a hardware flaw.  this is just ridiculous, don't you test anything before forcing it on people?  what's the point of the preview program if the issues those people have just make it into the final builds anyway?  please MS, go home you're drunk.  *drops the mic*
