@Trickster: someone will ask you if they can do one, tell you the poke they're giving away
@Trickster: and if it's a question or a lotto
@Trickster: if it's a question then make sure it's not some dumb question
@Trickster: if it's a lotto then tell people to pm their friend codes to the person
@Trickster: and at the end they'll tell you how many numbers they gave out
