This is the best one for VNs, they only upload them if they have an eng translation and always come full patched, or with the version that doesn't need patching in the first place, i.e MangaGamer or JastUsa version instead of the steam one, the bad thing they recently stopped uploading a VN if it doesn't have +18 version sometimes they do but only if they are big releases like the recent Doki Doki game.

Other thing is the page they use for uploading limits you to 500mb parts at a 500/kbps speed, all and all i still prefer since you know everything they upload is in English and comes with +18 content already in it and they do put new links to new updates in case the come out
