I was talking about making Sword of Ascendant permanent, and changing the requirement from 200 feedings in a single day to 1000 total feedings to obtain the Sword. Also, I asked players to suggest new speeches for the Dragon of Wisdom.]

  625. Axiss32: For me, Leech in the most useless skill ever. I rarely used it for RQs that required Spirit abilites, but then Drain is pathetic, and Mana Eater is "lol wtf"

  629. Naldsss: @axiss same applies to some rings like speed/mastery/critical? useful very early, but noone uses them after ~r200 or so?

  639. Axiss32: Currently have no plans. But what about a "You recover x% of MaxHP whenever you hit"?

  641. Tukkun: So basically, make it independent on the amount of damage that you deal?

  643. Tukkun: Right now, it adds 50 Drain level, which is 10% of MaxHP per hit
  644.  
  645. Naldsss: for me, in BA, i either survive easily or get 1shot - so drain doesn't really help much in those situations
  646.  
  647. eldercain: with health regen being so strong and most monsters either oneshotting you or you kill them it's not great
  648.

  651. eldercain: if there was a drain for mana that would probably help more than current mana eater which is only useful for DP

  653. Axiss32: Even if you're able to recover a maximum of 10% MaxHP, your HP Regen and modules recover much faster
