- a dozen Eggs
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 Beefsteak tomato
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large white onion
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can biscuits
- Gravy
- 12 oz sausage
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups milk
- Bacon:
- - If we need to teach you to make bacon...we're sorry. We all love bacon here.
- - Cook bacon in skillet over medium-low heat until deliciously crispy and desired level of crunchiness/blackness (people like their bacon different).
- - Place bacon over paper towels on plate (or drying rack if you have it), let dry for a few minutes.
- - Serve.
- French toast:
- - In a container larger than your bread slice, combine 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tsp cinnamon powder to make the batter.
- - Whisk the batter until it's well mixed.
- - Dip slices in batter.
- - Cook slices in skillet on medium-low heat for 4-7 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- - Serve.
- Omelettes:
- - Mix eggs, diced onions, diced peppers, diced jalapenos, or whatever you choose in a bowl.
- - Cook in skillet over medium-low heat until eggs are solidly cooked.
- - Serve.
- Biscuits and gravy:
- - Heat oven to 350.
- - Bake biscuits for 6-10 minutes or by what the can says (always trust the can).
- - Cook sausage in skillet on medium heat until it's cooked and broken into small chunks.
- - Using a whisk, stir in flour, salt, pepper, and milk.
- - Keep stirring until it thickens.
- - Serve gravy over cooked biscuits.
