  1. Shinji's Fever Dances have a lot of symbolysm seemingly hidden within.
  2.
  3. Before the Fever Dance starts, Shinji is clutching his head, seemingly in pain.
  4. During his Solo Fever, it looks as if Shinji is trying to keep something away, near the end of the dance Shinji is quit literally out of breath, possibly also can be seen as it being "too late" for him.
  5. (It is known that Shinji, just like Strega, can lose control of his Persona and it goes on a Rampage, is this the "thing" the dance is implying?)
  6.
  7. With Makoto Yuki, they’re almost on the same wavelength, but at the same time they don't really understand each other, and in the end they both walk different paths.
  8. (If you stop at a specific point near the end of the dance, both of them are doing the pose they both had when their fates were sealed and their demise was all but assured, Yuki doing the pose he strikes once he unleashes the Great Seal, and Shinji crumpling down after being shot protecting Ken).
  9.
  10. With Akihiko it is extremely obvious both he and Shinji have an inseparable bond. They are always perfectly in sync with each other, knowing what the other is about to do without needing to look at each other. But in the end, Shinji turns his back on Akihiko and walks away.
  11. (Maybe because Shinji believes staying near Akihiko endangers Akihiko? Probably if he ever lost control of his Persona near Aki?).
  12.
  13. With Mitsuru it seems as though Shinji seems her as an equal of sorts, maybe a bit above himself, treating her in a regal like manner. However, when it's all said and done, Mitsuru turns her back on Shinji and runs away.
  14. (Mitsuru is known to have been regretful about what her ancestors did that caused the Dark Hour, maybe she is ashamed to face the problems that plague Shinji because he remines her of the awful human experiments like Strega?).
  15.
  16. With Ken it is shown throughout the dance how both of them hold regrets. During the beginning, Ken is expressing his grief through sadness, while Shinji is shown restraining his hand and struggling in the process, probably in fear of something breaking out.
  17. (An "again" possibly implied here, maybe Shinji is afraid of a repeat of what happened before with Ken's mom?).
  18. In the middle section, Ken's grief is expressed as anger, aimed at Shinji, as Shinji faces away from Ken in shame.
  19. (Probably representing the point where Ken realizes what happened with Shinji and his parents).
  20. Near the end of the dance, Shinji holds Ken at arms lenght, but just far enough, miming some sort of wall, possibly "glass case", meaning Shinji wants to protect Ken?
  21. (Possibly the guilt of what happened?)
  22. Finally when the Fever dance is over, Ken is "ripped apart" from Shinji, as his face expresses both fear and terror.
  23. (This is probably symbolizing the part where Shinji met his end in front of Ken?).
