- This team was fun to build because it has some weird Pokemon and makes use of some fun / threatening sets
- Anyway, onto the team. Started with SpDef Coil Zygarde. Can be a surprisingly good win condition vs unprepared teams, as the only mons that always prevent it from sweeping are Clef, Skarm, Togekiss, Klefki w/ Mag Rise, and Hyper Voice users (Gard / Alt). Knowing it has trouble with these, I thought it'd be best to pair it with something that fan lure in Clef / Alt and set up on Skarm, Togekiss and Klefki. NP Thundurus was the go to partner, as it destroys Clef; unboosted or not, and takes advantage of the mons Zygarde baits in. Also checks Manaphy, Azumarill, Kyurem-B, another group of Pokemon that threaten Zygarde. While in turn, Zygarde sets up on Hippowdons, Scarf Tars and can revenge Manectrics / Raikous who'd try and revenge Thundurus
- Zygarde and Thubdurus get smacked by Diancie, Latis, Weavile, Gardevoir, Kyurem-B (Scarf), Starmie, Mamoswine, Metagross, Clefable. Mega Sciz was clearly the best mon to use in the next slot since it checks all of those near flawlessly, while being able to provide momentum for the two and proactively threaten some of these threats with Pursuit. Paired that with unique Ground in Seismitoad to have a Zard X / Exca / Bisharp check. Main draw to using this is it isn't weak to Water spam and provides rocks (also forces shit like Kingdra into 50 / 50s)
- Latios was needed somewhere on this team I felt so that Keldeo would be manageable, and Defog support is helpful to Thundurus and the next member, Talonflame. Its on the team to help deal with Sableye, Lopunny, Serperior and opposing Scizor who would stomp the team otherwise. More fat win cons, yum
- Other: Speed on Zygarde creeps Chomps who may run 264 Speed, so you can D-Tail before them
