ToS

PAYMENT/REFUNDS:

 - All prices are given in USD.
 - All payments will be made through PayPal - half up front, and half when the commission is complete.
 - I must receive full payment before I send you the completed image.
 - Separate payments are an option with larger commissions.
 - The prices listed on my chart are estimates and are subject to change depending on the specifics of your commission.
 - Additional characters can be added. The price of your commission will increase with the number of characters included.
 - Complex scenes and backgrounds may increase the price of your commission considerably, depending on the specific content desired.
 - You may request a refund only during the inital (sketch) phase of the commission.
 - You may not request a refund after the sketch phase, but you may cancel the commission at any time before the completion of the process and you will not be required to make your second payment.
 - By requesting a refund or cancellation you forfeit all rights to possess or display the image.

PROCESS:

 - I will send you WIPs at points during the creation of your image. The changes I'm able to make will be smaller as I go along, so please make sure you get big changes out of the way early as I won't restart the image once you've OK'ed my initial phase.
    - If you take a long time to get back to me, I hold the right to move forward with the commission. If you will be in a position where you can't respond to my emails, I expect to know about it beforehand.
 - After I receive payment, you will receive a full-size un-watermarked PNG of your completed commission. (I'll include a smaller version as well if you request it.)
    - Another version (with an unobtrusive signature) will be posted by me to my blog and art sites or, if you have requested a private commission, will be included with your final image.

RIGHTS:

 - Unless you specify otherwise, I hold the right to post the final watermarked image online to sites such as Tumblr, FurAffinity, deviantArt, etc. If you want a private commission, please let me know before I quote you a price.
 - You retain all rights to your own characters and concepts.
 - In buying a commission, you are not buying the rights to claim the artwork as your own.
 - In buying a commission, you are not buying the rights to use or reproduce the commissioned image for financial gain.
 - You may print out your commission for yourself, post it on your website or blog, or use it as an icon, banner, or background. Please give credit if you do this, but it is not strictly necessary.
 - You may not post the unwatermarked image online.

CONTENT:

 - YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO COMMISSION ADULT ART FROM ME. If you have commissioned an explicit image and it comes to my attention that you are below 18 years of age, I will cut you off without chance of a refund. This is not negotiable.
 - I hold the right to refuse your commission if you request content that I don't want to draw. I'll draw just about anything, though.
