Download the FTB Launcher : http://www.feed-the-beast.com/

Start the Launcher (maybe as admin) and create a local Profile ( original Minecraft Login Data )

Options: Set Ram higher, if it isn't already at 2GB-3GB.  And change some other stuff if you want

FTB Modpacks: Click on the "Tech World 2" and select version 1.1.7 (top-right ("recommended"-pull down menu)) - Try to start it the first time to download it.
After it downloaded and started once, close it again.

If you want, choose a Texture Pack. "Soartex Fanver" seems to work for the Modpack. Maybe "Jaded Mixpack", too.
Maybe you need to restart the Launcher to download them.

"Edit Modpack": delete or disable:

Download and extract our additional content. ( "Tech_Addon_117v3" )
move the extracted data to "<FTB-Installfolder>/TechWorld2/minecraft" in that way it matches the folderstructure of our file.
You now should have 137 mods
