Tsaaq: Sedrick was trying to straighten up the office before the kids got there but he was messy as hell so he didn't know what to do. "I need Bee Bee..." He sighed before going over to his book shelf and grabbing some books, opening them as he paced his office. // Remy pulled up to the gate at the Maverick's estate. "Hey Pauly." He waved at the security guard who basically knew them at this point and rolled up the driveway. "I wonder what they do when Pauly can't be here. I know Bliss likes to give the people who work for her family holiday's off and shit. What if somebody came and killed them on Christmas? Like Jon Benet Ramsey?"

Covet: "Well that's a little morbid." Cadence said looking at Remy, "I'm just gonna hope that, that's not going to happen and make sure to check in at Christmas now." She told him. // Felix pulled up shortly after as well, checking in with the security guard remembering how to get here from the parties.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph rode in the passenger seat of Felix's Jeep, her hands in her lap resting on top of her things because she needed to be prepared. She brought a legal pad, a notebook, a folder with al of her papers neatly arranged inside in date order, and a little pencil holder with her color coded markers and a highlighter. Taking a deep breath, she drummed her fingers on the book in her lap, peering up at the house. "Hopefully this is painless."-
Tsaaq: Sedrick heard the cars from above and went up the set of stairs, opening the door and waiting for the group. "Evening everyone." He called out. // Remy parked the car and shrugged. "Listen, you gotta think about stuff." He whispered and got out of his lambo. "Hey Sed." He greeted. // Bliss and Eli arrived too right? Something.
Covet: Cadence gave a soft laugh, "Oh babe, I love you." She climbed out the other side and closed the door, following him giving Sedric a wave, "Good evening." // Felix smiled at Steph, "It's going to be alright. Don't worry. You've got this." He told her  as he parked and climbed out. // Eli pulled up and saw the vehicles there at Bliss's house, "Busy night for your uncle?" He asked her as he found a place amongst all the other vehicles.
Alexithymiaa: "Well I dont think I could be any more prepared. So there's that..." She pushed the door open and slipped out of the car, hugging her materials to her chest and moving to walk alongside Felix up to the house. "Hi." She greeted Sedrick since she didnt actually know him yet.-
Tsaaq: "Come in. You know the drill. To the office." He waved the group inside. "Good to see you again. Mr. and Mrs. Berkoff. And you must be Stephanie?" Sedrick held his hand out to her for a shake. "We've much to discuss." // "I love you too." He smiled and kissed her cheek as he walked up behind them. "Thank you." Remy said. "Good to see you again. Hey guys." He greeted // "Yes actually. Would you like to help him? He probably needs help organizing the office. He's been very busy lately."
Covet: "Pleasure to see you as well Sedrick." She said walking in and heading downstairs as he introduced himself to Steph. "Updates with how the trials are progressing?" Cadence asked. // Felix offered his hand out to Sedrick, "I'm Felix, her boyfriend. Nice to meet you." // Eli nodded his head, "Yeah sure thing. Shouldn't take too long right?" He said with a smile as he climbed out of his vehicle and walked around to open up Bliss's door, and offer her a kiss.
Alexithymiaa: -She reached her hand out to shake his, correcting him because 'Stephanie' means shes in trouble and she hates that shit. "Steph, please. I want to know, everything you know. Everything." She spoke before looking at Felix. "Right, I'm sorry. This is Felix." She shook her head a bit to get her head on straight, following them all inside the house and glancing around because Bliss' house was huge and she didnt know where to go.-
Tsaaq: "Everything?" He repeated with his eyebrows raised. "Well then." Sedrick whispered. "Nice to meet you too young man. Alright follow me to my office." He called out as he started to down the stairs. "The criminal trial starts this month. After Chrismas." He said. "The judge assigned is known for letting off males but with this astounding amount of evidence there's no way that can happen here." He wavered around all his books and took a seat at his desk. // Remy frowned a bit. "Jesus. What else?" // Bliss nodded and took his hand. She kissed him and went inside of the house. Immediately heading downstairs after them. "Uncle Sedrick we're going to straighten up the office. Hope you don't mind."
Covet: Cadence listened to Sedrick as he gave them the current news. She bit the inside of her cheek, as she listened the sound of the judge making her nervous. "You're positive?" She asked. // Felix walked with Steph, his hand at her back as they headed downstairs to the office. // Eli was trying not to listen in on the details of the meeting as he looked around at the mess that Sedrick had going. "How do you find anything in all of this." He mumbled.// Tae's uber pulled up and she stepped out of the car, greeting Pauly, as she walked up the drive. She nearly doubledback  when she saw her Brother's rover in the drive way. "Are you kidding me?" She grumbled then did her best to sneak up the drive unsure of where they were and if she'd be seen.
Alexithymiaa: (Tae no)
Alexithymiaa: -She followed the group down to the office, glancing around briefly before shaking her head. "No. He's not getting off..." She mumbled before snapping her attention back to him and moving to take a seat. "Tell me what you need from me."-
Tsaaq: "Judge Federick? He's not that dumb. He'd never just get off. Not with the overwhelming evidence. It would take the most biased jury for him to deemed innocent." Sedrick sat down across from her. "Well, you want me to tell you everything let me finish that. Cause there's more-" He waved at Bliss and Eli. "Thank you two." He smiled. "Alright. The prosecutor is a fella named Henry Anderson. He's a real hard ass. Not a lot to worry about there. But, Thad's lawyer is his brothers lawyer... Well the criminal case might take a few weeks but right after we'll start the civil suit." Sedrick said. // "See, he's positive." Remy told Cadence, putting his hand on her back. // "He doesn't. That's what we're here for." Bliss said. // Drew was waiting outside of his room, he waved his hand to Tae. Cause he's a dumbass.
Covet: Cadence forced a smile on her lips as she looked at Remy trying to ignore the pit in the bottom of her stomach. "So basically we have to go through hell  in order to get what we deserve." // Felix nodded, "I've met Marty. The guy seems.. greasy lawyer type." He sad with a straight look. "They were looking through his things at the house about a week or so ago." // "Ah." He said keeping his voice down so he didn't  interupt what was going on. He couldn't help but look at the group and listen in on the news. taking it in. // Tae moved quickly up to where Drew's room was walked up the stairs, "Stop... What if someone saw you? I'm not supposed to be here, and my brother is apparently here." She said looking at him as she grabbed his hand to pull him inside quickly.
Alexithymiaa: -She chewed on her lower lip, taking a deep steadying breath at Cadence's words. "Awesome.. and our luck, we'll get an entirely biased jury. So how do we control these factors?" She asked, quickly flipping open her notebook and pulling out a pen, neatly labeling the top of her page. "Theoretically I can't see all twelve jurors agreeing unanimously that he's innocent, given the amount of evidence and testimonies we have. At the very least they'll be a hung jury and it would be a mistrial and we can start over, right?" She spoke as she wrote in her notebook, trying to get down as much information as possible.-
Tsaaq: He waved his hand at them. “Listen, we’re going to have to watch this all unfold before we get in there and get our just desserts. We’re not dealing in the criminal trial. We’re the civil suit. And without a doubt. My jury will side with all of you.” He nodded. “You will probably testify in the criminal trial though. So I’ll drill you guys on that later. But, did you figure out the numbers Cadence was supposed to talk to you about?” Sedrick asked. // “I think we’re getting a little ahead of ourselves. I mean Thad is evil. What are the chances?” Remy asked. “Don’t worry.” He said to Cadence. // She went to gently pat Eli. “Don’t be nosy!” She whispered to him before bending over. // Drew sighed and closed the door. “Oh come on. It’s not like he’ll come over here and check to see if you’re with me?”
Covet: "I'm trying not to." Cadence said with a heavy sigh. "Yeah, I think we were all anticipating that." She said to Sedrick and leaned into Remy. // "Yeah She's got it all with her." Felix nodded when Sedrick asked about the money stuff. // "Sorry." He whispered back, he was curious about what all was going on, because he too was hoping that Thad got  what he deserved. // Tae looked at him, " We hope. He shouldn't but they could have seen you, then noticed me. Do you really want our time together ruined?" She asked him as she looked up at him, stepping closer to him.
Alexithymiaa: "Got it." She said with a nod before her face fell. "Wait, what? I have to testify? Like on the stand in front of the jury and Thaddeus and his lawyer?" She asked, her eyes circling the room over to Cadence and then Felix with a worried look because she'd expressed to pretty much anyone that would listen that she did NOT want to do that. "Yeah... I have the figures." She pulled open her folder to pull out her paperwork, all of which she'd calculated already. "Since the incident, I've been in rehab twice for a total of eighty thousand. I've been hospitalized three times, including that night, for a total of forty five, and have been on prescription medication heavily since that point which my insurance company has summed to approximately ten thousand. So the balance on everything together comes out to one hundred thirty five thousand."-
Tsaaq: “Perfect.” He opened his own note book and added her figures. “So we’ve got our figures-“ He paused and looked to Steph. “Oh…” He trailed off. “I was hoping you’d testify. It’s kind of important.” He said softly. “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable. But the juries need to see the suffering this guy has caused. What do you want?” // Remy furrowed his eyes at Cadence and he went to squeeze her shoulder. // She went to smile at Eli. “It’s alright. We can ask later.” She said a little more leniently. // He groaned and rolled his eyes. “Fiiine. I’m sorry. Just get in my bed!”
Covet: Cadence looked over at Steph, "We'll all be there, so you're not going to be there alone. We need your voice as well." // Felix  put his arm around Steph, and held her close, "It's okay, we've got time... What do you mean what does she want?" Felix asked Sedrick. // Eli gave her a wink, as he went about organizing Sedrick's things for him // Tae rolled her eyes back at Drew, mockingly then put her hands on her hips, "What I don't even get a please?" She smiled then walked over to his bed kicking her heels off so she could get her leather pants off.
Alexithymiaa: "Well..." She set her pen down on top of her papers in her lap, pursing her lips. "Yeah, what do you mean, what do I want? I want to see him rot in jail for the rest of his life, obviously."-
Tsaaq: Sedrick frowned a bit. "Then you'll have to make people empathize with what's happened." He said gently. "We'll see if he gets in jail. We'll have to see his lawyer's plea." He shrugged. "I just want to do all I can do to help. I'd hate for you to be out your comfort zone. But this will only help our case."  // "Exactly. We'll support each other." Remy said. // Bliss turned to him and took some of the books from him. / "Please get in my bed?" Drew asked her softly and smiled.
Covet: Cadence nodded her head as she took a deep breath, "You'll coach us though. So we're not blindsided by what they ask us?" She asked Sedrick. // Felix rubbed Steph's shoulder comfortingly. // Eli made a couple of stacks of important files,  and continued to put books aside for Bliss. // "There you go." She said with a smirk as she continued to strip down before crawling on all fours up to his bed getting under the covers.

Alexithymiaa: "Okay...." She spoke in a small voice, closing her folder and realigning her things together in her lap. "Are we done here then? I just... I'd like to be able to recap my notes for myself and sort through the information." She pushed up from her chair abruptly, her mind clearly elsewhere because now she has to debate over this testimony.-
Tsaaq: Sedrick nodded his head. "Yes well, I suppose so. Here's my card if you want to talk to me. Or if somebody bothers you. Point them my way. I'm your legal counsel now." He stood and slid the card over to her. // "Well thanks Sed." Remy said with a sigh. "We'll be in touch of course." // Bliss went to walk over to the desk. "If you can't get to him you can also contact me by the way." She spoke up.
Covet: Cadence watched Steph and looked at Remy, then to Sedrick. "Thanks for the update, Sedrick. I'll pass the info along to Hayley." She stood up, grabbing Remy's hand with her own. "We ready to head out as well?" She asked him // Felix looked at Sedrick, and took the card for Steph, as he stood up, "Thank you." He looked at Steph, "C'mon. Let's get home, you have to be up early in the morning." // Eli stopped and looked at everyon, "Get home safe tonight."
Alexithymiaa: "Thank you." She turned to Felix with a small nod, honestly just desperate to get out of the house and out into the fresh air because all of this talk had her feeling anxious. Without hesitation she walked out of the office and headed up the stairs, making a beeline for the front door like her life depended on it.-
Tsaaq: He waved at the group. "Night guys." He nodded and went over to Bliss to talk about things. // Remy nodded in agrement.  "Yeah, come on." He instructed as he went to lead his wife to the car and stuff. I'm sleepy x.x
