Implemented a few suggestions by Robert Collier...
* CameraRaw is now an option during install.
* XMP is also an option.. this feature does not require too much space but does hinder performance by a bit. If this meta-data tagging is not important to you.. do not install to get a boost of performance.
* Added File Menu scripts.
* Removed Digimarc.
* The installer now handles unnecessary localization files in: XMP, and Startup Scripts.
* Other performance improvements ..
