The main reason we wiped in that engagement was being too passive and not initiating as a group. it was 100% sloppy shot calling.  If you tab around to any of the people were fighting they are full raid buffed and coordinated. We're not.

I look through our raid to see who is potted and who is not, I make a mental note of who comes prepared.
