No Hard Rage Pledge

NHRP - No Hard Rage Pledge

I must get through each day of the pledge without hard raging.

All Pledges will begin at Day 1/5 (only days that you stream)

IF I FAIL:
 The amount of days for the pledge will increase by 1, I will reset back to the first day, and then I will invest $2.00 into anger management.

IF I SUCCEED:
 I can feel happy that I didn't let my emotions get the best of me, and the pledge will be lifted.

RULES:
 No rants lasting longer then 7 minutes.
 No threats to my life.
 No throwing the controller.
 No self inflicting pain.
 No violent tones of voice.

Getting annoyed and showing frustration is fine, as long as you keep the rage reasonable.

I hope that enforcing this pledge will help control, and ultimately eliminate the anger that boils inside of me.
