Personality: Cerulean is a young, active boy. He enjoys being around people and meeting them as well. He enjoys rivalries and would never turn down a battle. He believes it is a miracle to gaze upon a legendary Pokémon. He usually prefers travelling to new places to meet new Pokémon and complete the pokédex for his father, Blue. His favorite color is Blue and he is most skillful in cooking. He can also be a show-off at times. When he can't think, he whacks himself on the head to get an idea.

Backstory: Cerulean was born as son of Blue Oak, the professor of Pallet town. He was raised around pokémon, and around his friend, who happened to be son of Red. When Cerulean was a mere 6 year old, he began assisting Blue with his work in the lab. Cerulean never obtained a Pokémon, refusing his dad's requests to go on a journey. He thought he wasn't ready. He began to attend Pokémon Festivals, where Trainers would show off their strength. Although he didn't own a Pokémon, he would watch excitedly. 4 years later, Cerulean began to help Blue collect data on pokémon close to Pallet town. This was fairly boring, considering he never got to go to one of the larger cities. So at the age of 14, right before his birthday, he announced he would be going on a Pokémon journey. This was perfect, considering his friend was planning to start a journey. Blue and Red agreed to this, telling them about the Egg Drive happening in Hasita town. Blue gave Cerulean one of the pokémon he grew up around and sent the two to Hasita town in the Briolette region.
