Atmey had a stroke or something and died and gant replaced him
there was some ruccus at the precinct and gant wanted atmey's card at his desk
witness heard a gunshot and saw the defendant at 12:50

was typed out

lockers are in the far right of classroom building
All locks belong to the school and students get their own keys with a warden keeping copies
Warden wasn't missing keys
defendant's locker was locked but easy to break with a little force
you don't actually touch the lock
you can relock it after forcing it open but a detective broke it permanently

lock from defendant's locker is being brought back
