Smash PM CPU Tourney Rules

Smash PM CPU Rules:
Basic Stage rules:

Set: A set is a best of X (where X is either 3 or 5) match.

Dave's stupid rule(DSR): Once a stage has been played on it is banned for the rest of the set.

Gentlemen: If both players agree to play on a stage from the current legal set (the 5 starters game 1, the 10 stages every stage after), they can play on that stage again, regardless of if it's banned by DSR.

Stage Picking:
To determine which player strikes first, a coin toss will take place.
For the first match, a player strikes one of the starters, and then the other player does.
This continues until one stage is left.
For the second match and onwards, the 6 counterpick stages are unlocked and the winner selects three stages from the list and bans them for the next game, and the winner selects a stage from what's left.
Note: the stages banned here are only banned for the next game. You get to ban stages again after the next game.

In-Game rules:
Each Match will be played with 4 Stocks, and all items turned off.

Believe In RNGesus(BIRNG): Each player will select their character on the start of the tournament. You cannot switch characters until you lose a set.

Characters recommended to not use:
Zero Suit Samus: The AI literally has no idea how to use her recovery, if her mid air jump doesn't work, she's dead.
Olimar: Issues with recovery due to 3.5, AI doesn't behave well.
Ice Climbers: AI doesn't behave well.
