more fire emblem world stuff

alright MORE SPECIFIC WORLD BUILDING associated w/ the 'the fire emblem is a person' concept

- there are several countries on the continent, all of whom have a royal family that has descend from people who have made pacts with dragons (don't fucking look at me, i love fe4)
- the fire emblem can possess anyone with a drop of divine dragon blood; it primarily chooses people who descend from these families, given their ties to the divine dragons are the strongest
- the fire emblem is meant to serve the whole continent, as a means of defense against any great evil that may oppose the peace and safety of its inhabitants (ie. if the balance between humans and dragons falls apart)
	- as such, if someone who has a claim to a throne is chosen as a vessel, they generally abdicate their claim to the throne; however, this is out of tradition, but it isn't a hard and fast rule
- the fire emblem changes hands more quickly than you'd think; if the current vessel dies, then the fire emblem passes to the next most suitable one; if a more suitable vessel is born, then the fire emblem leaves its current host
- while it's a GENERAL thing for the fire emblem to pass through royal families, it isn't always the case; it basically goes to whoever is worthy/suitable, so long as they have some divine dragon blood in their lineage
