[b]Why do you wish to become a Staff Member?:[/b] Personally, I wish to become a staff member to enhance user's experiences within the server, being able to interact with people in a different way, providing help in any way possible and perhaps offering suggestions and helpful input along the duration of my placement. If I were to progress through the ranks, experiences would change and so would the amount of help I would be able to provide to other staff members and the community in general. I wish to help the community thrive and offer my knowledge and experience in setting things up and being able to contribute to different activities. So far through my time on STALKERrp, I've enjoyed the experiences I've had and I wish to help the server develop further, to give users the satisfaction I have felt through my encounters with staff and well set up roleplay encounters [i]by[/i] said staff.

Bunch more communities over three years of administration, but some have slipped my mind. I wouldn't really count my experiences with Trouble in Terrorist Town and DarkRP, because they're gamemodes completely dissimilar to STALKER roleplay, however, it is experience in a field as stressful, if not more.

As provided, I have plenty of experience as a member of staff, being active in the Gmod roleplay community for over three or four years now, dating back to Gmod '9, in which I started playing DarkRP. I've been a member of staff for other communities in different source games in the past, aswell; (CS:S, TF2). Bserk5, one of the staff members here that I've known for a [i]long[/i] time now, can attest to this.

I'm very experienced with the Clockwork schema itself, familiarizing myself with commands used, item creation and faction creation, through my experiences with using it on my own servers and my friends. Though I'm not particularly familiar with STALKER itself, I am gradually learning of the factions and the ways of roleplaying said factions, through reading the wikis and asking Bserk for helpful advice and tips I may need.

I'm more than willing to give up my free time to come onto the server and help out, propbuild, set things up (events, areas etc.). I've got a few weeks off now for study leave and I've got plenty of time to spare, which has mostly been used playing dumbass japanese dating sims and laughing hysterically in a skype call, which isn't exactly a productive use of my time, so instead I'd like to use my time to place my input into the community and be part of the server's building process.

Overall, I believe that selling myself is too... indigent, so instead I believe listing my qualities and attributes, and awaiting input toward my application on when I've gone wrong, or where I've done well is much more efficient and useful.
