  1. Key: Superman-104
  2. Name: Andrew Jackson
  3. Going for Third Eye Clan
  4. (Topic for Third Eye Clan: Faced with adversity being stranded upon the top of a mountain- with little to no resources to actually survive- you must take upon the hardy task of finding your inner self- and going into a state of meditation to awaken your third eye chakra- thus allowing yourself to survive off of what little energy you have left. After this- make your way down the mountain.)
  5.
  6.
  7. Andrew Jackson sat in the snow that surrounded the mountain. He just had just experienced an avalanche. Did his fall do it? Had one of his stray blasts hit the mountain without him noticing? Perhaps she simply couldn't handle the stress of his own power, burning away as his energy depleted. The young man sighed, twiddling his thumbs as he looked around. The place was cold, and... He’d much rather be back home, messing with his garden, or even fighting monsters.
  8.
  9. “It's no use...” He said to himself quietly. He wanted to cry, but at the same time, he felt some sort of relief. All of his life, people had told him that dying would be painful, terrifying and soul grinding. Yet, here he sat, feeling just as good physically as he had mere hours before hand. As he started to think of all those people he once called friends, he began to ponder the idea of spirituality and its connection to the body beyond the living realm. Maybe I'm more in tune with my soul? He asked himself curiously, looking around.
  10.
  11. The human spirit doll pulled his legs closer together, adjusting his pants. “Wait, if I'm here, why ain't I... Ya know what? Nevermind.” He said aloud, crossing his legs completely and placing the palms of his hands on his knees. He huffed, turning his hands so that her palms faced the sky. How long had it been since he truly meditated? It was right around the first time he was able to fly, when his power level was only around three. After a few moments, his body began to slack, slowly drooping as he fell into his trance.
  12.
  13. The space of his mind was as he had expected to be in aesthetics, but the size bewildered him. It was a giant clearing in a forest, only the forest was comprised solely of trees bearing various forms of fruit. Animals were roaming, but they always remained several feet from him at all times. Sighing, the boy began to walk through her mind. The grass sounded with a crisp crunch with each footfall. Suddenly, he was upon a door. It wasn't a special door. It was made of simple wood. Andrew thought it might have been cedar, since the insects were shying away from it. Then again, all the other animals were, too. After a few moments, the teenager started walking toward it.
  14.
  15. But he was slowed.
  16.
  17. Confused, Andrew looked down, only to see a rather unsettling sight. Two versions of himself clung to him, pulling him down, making him heavier with each step toward the door. The first version made him think of some kind of irritated boil. The phantasm was on fire, or better yet, it was made of fire. Its skin was incredibly red, and its hair was pure flame. It screamed continuously as he trudged forward. The angry ghoul gripped his leg and arm, struggling against his every movement. It was fighting him.
  18.
  19. The other was not much better. It was cold, the colors of its clothing, skin and hair dull. It steadily wept as the young spirit doll attempted to reach the door. The creature was holding on to his other leg, but wasn't fire. It was just so heavy. It proved to be more of an issue than the ghastly version of him that was actually working against him. It was making him panic. He was angry and sad at the same time.
  20.
  21. But then there was the door.
  22.
  23. Andrew felt it. He wanted it. He needed it. He couldn't take this anymore. This raging clone couldn't stop him. The sorrowful shadow of him wouldn't be able to slow him down. Each step became more labored, but he pushed. Slowly, as he neared the door, his space invaders clamored up his body, fighting him even more as he struggled. He was inches from the wooden door, but it felt like miles. It took him a few seconds to push it open, but if felt like years. Finally, with one last push he opened the door.
  24.
  25. He fell in.
  26.
  27. Andrew awoke from his trance with a sudden jolt. He choked somewhat as a small slit began to form of his forehead. His breathing was labored as it began to slide open, goop from a seemingly open wound dripping from it somewhat, despite it not being a wound. Finally, it opened fully, revealing a bright blue eye, different from his other two, frantically looking around. Something happened, though. Suddenly, he felt... quiet. His thoughts were clear, and the bitterness of cold felt as if it had been alleviated.
  28.
  29. He was at peace.
  30.
  31. Andrew got out of meditative position, and could feel a strong energy surge within him, and it seemed to be coming from the eye on his forehead. With what little gear and food he had left he proceeded to make his way down what seemed like an endless abyss of snow. The warmth of the eye fueled him, and willed him forward. After about a full of day of trudging through the thick snow he finally decided to eat the last of the rations. It was just a granola bar, and a bottle of frozen water. Knowing he was running low on hydration he decided to use just a bit of his energy to warm the bottle to slightly melt the ice.
  32.
  33. The teenager desperately downed the drink, and continues to make his way down. He continued his cruel journey barely staying alive. The energy the third eye gave him was waning, and he knew he did not have much time left. It was not to long before he could hear a commotion off in the distance. The commotion seemed to be a rescue team that was looking for survivors from the avalanche. Andrew decided to take advantage of the situation and use what little energy he had left to run to the climbers. He tried to scream help in exasperation, but no words could escape his frost bitten lips. He continued to run on until he had finally collapsed onto the snow. His vision began to fade, but he could hear one thing before he faded to unconsciousness "Hey I think I see something over here!" exclaimed on the rescuers.
  34.
  35. His efforts were not in vain as team of rescuers rushed to his aid. After a few days Andrew had finally awoken in what seemed like a hospital. He could clearly remember falling into the snow, but anything after that was blank. The boy smiled as he realized he survived the ordeal, and his new outlook on spirituality had change greatly. He would never forget the day he cheated death.
