The Story of Brianpeppers

It all started back in 2004. I had just found out about Runescape and decided to give it a try.
I was hooked. The whole feel of the world and the ability to make money and build into a successful account.
I remember the feeling of having 3k, thinking i was a rich guy. Don't call me a noob, everyone thought they were rich back
on your first day of playing. I played casually on and off again quitting every couple months basically.

In 2007, i came back to
find free trade gone and the wildy gone. My account was level 70 and still f2p. I decided to buy members. My first day of members was
great and there was just too much to take in. I did quests, skilling, bought some member items, and did a lot of mini games. Again i played on and off
and by the end of 2008 i was level 91, members, and was doing good by my standards. I was poor, but i did fine with my 10m cash, my whip, and my
messy bank. I killed green drags using my dwarf cannon for money and i remember trying to save up for a bgs which was 18m at the time i think.
I eventually grew bored after doing most quests i was capable of doing and skilling until i had carpal tunnel (not actually).

I quit and went to Battlescape.
The server was great, i loved the feel of it. Nostalgia kicked in and i played it for about 3 months. The server went down and i never had the chance to play it
again.

At the start of 2012 i saw my friend playing Soulsplit. He asked me if i knew what it was and i asked if it was Runescape. He told me "It's Soulsplit."
We then got in a long discussion about when i used to play Runescape. He told me to try out the game. I logged on and randomly picked a game mode not
knowing what they even were. I was a sir, my name was BrianPeppers. I had fun on it for awhile until i got bored of it since it was too easy and i was being flamed.
I had no idea about game modes at the time until somebody called me a "sir noob." I asked my friend what he meant and he told me at the beginning you get to chose
a game mode. I created a new account to see what benefits they brought. I made an extreme named Euphoria N. Sir owens was a damn fast training weapon and i had my stats in the 60's
in no time. I got my 43 prayer and farmed tzhaar and green dragons until my skills were all in the 70's. I still only had 1 range, it was tempting to level but i heard it took too long to do on an extreme.
Then i heard about nex. I leveled my range to 61 and grabbed my karils and rune crossbow. I went in there and got chased by Nex instantly. Having previously playing WoW i knew that i had to kite.
At the time ruby bolts hit a very hard amount on Nex. I kited and my bolts spec'd every single hit. My first time ever at nex, tanking, i got a drop, a pernix cowl. I was so happy and sold it instantly for 350m
and a bunch of items worth around 50m. Now seeing how much xp nex actually gave i camped Nex for awhile until i had 94 range. With 94 range i went and did multiple PvM bosses. I went to Armadyl and with my first kill i got a hilt. I went to Bandos and on my frist kill i got a hilt. I went to Avatars to try it out but was piled instantly. They told me "Join PvM cc or die." I joined it and they didn't attack me anymore.
In the PvM cc i met Javonte  These guys were funny as hell and trolled PvM fairly hard. I asked Javonte if he wanted to come to Avatars with me and he asked if he could bring a friend.
It was Herbz Pure. This is when i met my 2 best friends on the server.

We pked together for a long time. Eventually, we were all high leveled and had a little bank to kill with. Herbz was a rich guy and had a lot of cash and a lot of items worth a nice amount.
We lent each other our items whenever we needed them (claws, z bows, you name it). Together, with coordination we smited 2 ags's and a spectral ss. This was the peak of our days.
One day however i was pking in full vestas, claws and a lot of other things. I was hit 550 through prayer by a dharoker with 1 hp. I lost it all except for my claws. Furious and sad, i ran to cammy
and diced my claws to the first person who was dicing items. I chose "OfDicing." This role would decide if i quit or stayed. I won the dice but i didn't win the items. "OfDicing" logged out and
for a week, never talked to me when i asked him to give me my x2 claws. He finally responded and said he'd give me something but not x2 claws. Knowing this guy, and that he probably wouldn't
pay me if he was cleaned, i took ags and a divine. Just my luck, ags crashed to 350m the next day and divine crashed to 450m. I was down a little after re buying all of my gear but i continued.
Just recently i quit the server thinking my 2 friends had quit. If you have no friends to play with, where is the fun in playing? I logged on to see if my friends were on but they weren't. I logged into the
forums one day and noticed my friend responded to one of my posts. We met up the next day and went back to what we loved doing, "fcking sht up." I started a clan called KCC and me and Javonte
recruited some people. We aimed to run wests and easts. Gl nova.


Now the story comes to an end and i bring you to today. Today i lost my claws in a z bow/ claw rush at east multi zone.
I am not quitting. I'm staying. The story will continue for a longer period. The end for now.

The Story of BrianPeppers: CnU And Onwards

It took only a short amount of time before i got the money to re-buy my claws. Javonte and i had our methods, some simple, others not.
Our favourite method was price manipulating. We'd set up around the market and would simply sell voting rares at an extremely high price.
For example.

Javonte would be selling a guthix kiteshield for 400m.
I would be buying a guthix kiteshield for 700m.
A player at first glance would see profit when they saw us advertising.
They would buy the item from Javonte and then would try to sell it to me.
Little did they know i was in on it and we'd get 400m from a 5m item.
It was simple cash and we did this for awhile. In the end we probably made around 1b cash each. It was good money at the time, for us anyways.

Now that we had our gear we were set to do whatever we wanted on this server. We decided we'd need better means of communication however.
Our first conversation on Skype was strange. Between me not really saying much and Javonte pretending to be black, it made for an interesting call.
We eventually started talking a lot, for hours on end about forum posts and in-game shenanigans. It was easier to accomplish tasks through Skype.
After awhile we'd decided to make a name four ourselves on this server. I told Javonte to use the forums since he'd never used it yet. I'd made a few posts
but nothing major. This is where it started. We posted on threads and we posted threads. Hundreds upon hundreds of posts in only around a week. People
were starting to enjoy our threads and the name we wanted, we received, but not really... We were deemed trolls. Now i'm not going to go much into the meaning
of the word because of my disposition towards the word, but simply, we made people laugh through jokes and often satire. People enjoyed the posts and we enjoyed posting them.
We decided that people were aware of our names, and we were messaged in game quite a bit by other forum goers. This was a good time for us, almost the peak.

Now one day Javonte and I were bored and had nothing to do. I suggested we replaced Herbz Pure (the 3rd member of our group who quit). Javonte agreed and i made a post on
the forums titled "Skype." The contents of the thread read, "Lets go." I left my skype information and i was instantly added by another popular forum user. Revis Island. At the time
Revis was a player and had a lot of qualities we were looking for to replace Herbz. After talking with Revis for a long time, Javonte messaged me saying "i think we've found our new Herbz."
I agreed and a new trio was formed.

Weeks later Revis was promoted to helper. He was good at his job and helped a lot of people so he was then promoted to moderator. As a moderator he invited other staff members into our calls.
Players like Hellman, Titan Rushed, Insanity, and Bobdabulda all came into our calls. We all became good friends and decided to create something. A clan. This clan would be based off of the old
clan Javonte and I were in. KCC (Klu Clucks Clan). We named this new clan, Chicken Unit. Chicken Unit was originally intended as a pking clan where we would only pk in chicken suits, this was a
hilarious idea and we all took it jokingly. Eventually more people joined, most of them being staff members and known players in the community. We decided that an elite group of known players would
be better than a pking clan. It was then and there we decided to start open recruiting. However it was a different process than usual clan recruiting. If somebody was being considered as a member,
Javonte and I would decide on them. If they were accepted, we would message them telling them that they could join Chicken Unit if they wished. Few members were gained this way, but we were better off
as a strong small group.

We went pking a lot, usually camping wildy castle in full Chicken attire and our favourite spec weapons such as Z bow, Claws, AGS, D-Bow. We'd also clear avatars easily and usually have no match
whilst doing so. The shear shock of seeing 10 players in Chicken suits running at you was enough to make most players forget to eat and switch prayers. This ended up working well for us, and we
eventually downed a few claws and made a little bank. This was the peak of Soulsplit, this was the greatest time i've experienced.

Everything changed one day when the server went down for 3 days. When the server goes down, the first place people go to are the forums. At this time the forums were more active, but only few members
religiously used the forums as a means of entertainment. When the players arrived to the forums, hundreds of hate threads towards Pim were made. Eventually Pim couldn't handle the hate and "hired" HighDetail.
I say "hired" because of the fact that Pim used HighDetail to obtain all the player hate and eventually threads would be made saying "we want Pim back." There are much more reasons and conspiracies on why Pim created HighDetail, but this seems the most valid and has been confirmed by many players. In this week a lone, Javonte and i lost around 10 forum accounts each. The server was hell for awhile after this, nothing
was ever the same after this event. The server seemed to be forever in a downfall after this...

After a few months of CnU and using the forums Javonte and i needed more from Soulsplit. We needed real money.
At the time the blackmarket was 100% legal and people were using it a lot to become rich. Merching was the most
common way of getting money, but we had a better idea. We'd decided to scam Black market trades. This was also around the time of MM titles and VMM titles.
The MM stood for middleman and could be purchased for 500m. Javonte and I had a decent sized bank so Javonte bought the MM title and we went on to
the black market. At first we used logic to it. Scam at least a 500m profit in each trade and if we were caught scamming, we'd have enough to re-purchase the MM title.
This would have worked very well, but we didn't need it. Nobody reported our scams. Some were small scams, others were large. Our largest scam was 20b SSGP for 200m RSGP.
The scam was nerve racking and often a pain in the ass but in the end it was well worth it. Once we had that money, we stopped scamming since we'd never have a big of a trade
like that again. Our banks were set.

On the side of scamming, i'd like to sometimes fool around with this unique community. Gwatsky was a dicer, an infamous dicer. One day, after seeing Gwatsky's hateful posts on the forums
and after witnessing him scamming somebody, i decided to try and make this server a better place. I forged evidence against Gwatsky, which almost lead to his ban. Gwatsky pointed out one minor
flaw in a letter and i was banned. The ban was meant to last a week but a few hours after i was banned, an unknown staff member unbanned me. To this day I still don't know who it was. The Gwatsky
problem had become apparent in Javonte and I's eyes. We've heard rumours about him ddosing a lot of people so we got him in our Skype call. Javonte and I gained his trust, and eventually he talked to
us a lot about ddosing players. One night, after downloading a skype call recorder, i recorded the conversation we had with Gwatsky. In the conversation he talks about ddosing many staff members for hours.
This evidence was enough to get gwatsky perma banned. He's never been heard from since.

After the black market, we moved on to dicing. Dicing was all soulsplit was for some players, and it eventually turned that way for us. We made a lot of money legitimately, but it wasn't enough.
As usual, we decided scamming was the best option. We ended up purchasing another Soulsplit account that had dicers status so we could scam without ruining our names. When the other dicer
wanted a middleman, i would simply show them my vouch page which had 18 staff vouches on it. Of course they trusted me, staff vouches were big to have at the time. Nobody ever recorded our
scamming, occasionally somebody would report it to a staff member but it would often be overlooked due to the friendships we had with staff members. Javonte ended up purchasing and losing a blue partyhat
in only a few hours. I told him not too....I knew he'd quit after he lost it, and him quitting would make talking harder, i couldn't lose a friend like that.

Javonte quit, shortly after losing his blue partyhat. In disarray, i also quit. I gave up on the game and slowly started to post on the forums and come online, much less often. Eventually i was gone, and
for 7 months, i'd be gone. I'd log on every few months to talk to old friend, but i never came back on after my accounts Euphoria N and BrianPeppers were banned.  Now it was only a few weeks ago, when i decided to log into Soulsplit. My accounts were banned, still, but i emailed the offices and i was instantly unbanned. There was a lack of evidence and there wasn't a reason for the ban. Nobody knows why i was banned, except for Pim himself.  I am back on my account, and i am back in the community. Soulsplit will never be as good as it was before, but to emulate some of these memories....that would do just fine.
