- A, A, A - Basic three hit sword combo
- F tilt - hops forward and slashes
- U tilt - quick stab above his head
- D tilt - low sword sweep
- F Smash - Forward lunge with the sword, reminiscent of Marth's Shield Breaker
- U Smash - Throws shield upwards
- D Smash - Pounds shield on floor, creating a small tremor
- Nair - Rapid slashes left and right
- Fair - Underarm slash
- Bair - Backhand with shield arm
- Dair - Stabs the air beneath him
- Neutral B - Shield of Light. Holds his shield in front of him and charges up light. Larger blast radius for longer charge.
- Neutral B Custom 1 - Rapid Light. Faster attack, but unable to charge and less range.
- Neutral B Custom 2 - Aiming Light. Can hold the attack and aim it, but no charging capabilities.
- Down B - Black Sword. Black Mage appears and casts Firaga, Thundaga or Blizzaga in that order. Firaga sets the sword on fire. Increased damage for a short time. Thundaga gives increased knockback. Blizzaga causes attacks to have a freezing effect. The effect only lasts for a few strikes, regardless of whether they hit.
- Down B Custom 1 - Monk Sword. Monk appears and buffs Warrior with Focus, Flurry or Temper in that order. Focus increases the hitbox of Warrior's attacks but at the cost of damage and attack speed. Flurry adds multiple hits each of Warrior's normals at the cost of knockback. Temper increases damage and attack speed, but at the cost of knockback and attack range.
- Down B Custom 2 - White Sword. White Mage appears and buffs Warrior with Protect, Shell or Blink in that order. Protect decreases damage and knockback taken from physical attacks at the cost of projectiles dealing more damage and knockback. Shell is the opposite of Protect. Blink increases dodge frames on both ground and air, but at the cost of taking more knockback from all attacks.
- Up B - Mini-Airship. A small airship appears underneath Warrior that flies him upwards. Some horizontal control. Enemies that come in contact with the ship get knocked away.
- Up B Custom 1 - Moogle Flight. A moogle appears and grabs Warrior. Move slower than airship, but can cover more distance. Warrior can deal one non-special air attack during flight.
- Up B Custom 2 - Chocobo Flight. A chocobo appears underneath Warrior and flies upwards. Moves the fastest, but has the least amount of control. Chocobo contact causes minor damage.
- Side B - Shield Charge. Warrior charges forwards with his shield. Multi hit damage. Can be used in the air as recovery, but leaves Warrior in a helpless state afterwards.
- Side B Custom 1 - Shield Punch. No charge, just a powerful strike with the shield.
- Side B Custom 2 - Shield Dash. No attack at all, but covers extra distance.
- Final Smash - Final Fantasy. A crystal appears above Warrior as he holds his sword up to use its power. It sends out a shockwave. If it hits anyone, it goes to a cinematic where it transitions to a FF style battle where Black Wizard appears and casts Flare, White Wizard appears and casts Holy and Black Belt deals a strong punch. Then after that Warrior cuts through the opponents to end the attack. During the FF style battle portion, the menu appears as a reference to FF ATB battles.
- Intro Animation - Lowers his sword in front of his face and closes his eyes before going into battle stance.
- Taunts:
- Taunt 1 - Lifts his sword in the air, and lowers it. Basically his Dissidia victory pose.
- Taunt 2 - Assumes the stance of the Warrior in the FF1 remake logo.
- Taunt 3 - Puts his sword and shield away and assumes the battle stance of the FF1 Fighter sprite.
- Taunt 4 - Stabs his sword into the ground and kneels in front of it.
- Victory Animation 1 - Spins around and raises his sword.
- Victory Animation 2 - Holds a crystal and looks in the distance.
- Victory Animation 3 - Spins his sword above his head and then sheathes it.
- Victory Animation 4 - Slashes the air twice and then sheathes his sword.
- Victory Theme - Final Fantasy Victory theme.
- Design - Based on the Fighter sprite. Reminiscent of the Alt 2 of Warrior of Light in Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy.
- Colours and alternate costumes:
- Alt 1 - Firion default colour scheme. Shield is shaped like a rose. Sword changes to a Blood sword.
- Alt 2 - OK Dissidia DLC alt colour scheme. Shield is the Onion Knight shield from FFX. Onion Sword.
- Alt 3 - Dark Knight Cecil colour scheme. Shield design resembles Paladin Cecil Dissidia DLC costume. Paladin Cecil sword.
- Alt 4 - Bartz colour scheme. Choco shield. Brave Blade.
- Alt 5 - SNES Sprite Terra colour scheme (green hair included). Magitek themed shield. Atma Weapon sword.
- Alt 6 - Cloud colour scheme. Shield resembles Materia. Sword is a mini Buster Sword.
- Alt 7 - Squall colour scheme. Shield has a lion emblem. Mini Gunblade.
- Alt 8 - Zidane colour scheme. Terra+Gaia inspired shield. Sword resembles Mage Masher dagger.
- Alt 9 - Tidus colour scheme. Shield is the Zanarkand Abes logo. Brotherhood sword.
- Alt 10 - Prishe colour scheme. Shield resembles Empryeal Paradox. Sword resembles the crystal thing she throws in EX Burst.
- Alt 11 - Ashe colour scheme. Shield becomes the Zodiac Escutheon. Sword is a mini Treaty Blade.
- Alt 12 - Lightning colour scheme. Shield has Odin on it. Sword becomes her gunblade.
- Alt 13 - Y'shtola colour scheme. Shield has the Circle of Knowing logo embedded on it. Sword becomes the twig she holds
- Alt 14 - Dissidia design with helmet.
- Alt 15 - Dissidia design without helmet.
- Stage - Airship. Battle on an airship, uneven stage design. Can fall off. Various FF landmarks from 1-6 as well as iconic monster designs can be seen in the distance.
