Naik Private Jet, Sudirman Said Dinilai Bohongi Jokowi

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pernah naik pesawat kelas ekonomi Garuda Indonesia ketika terbang ke Singapura demi menghadiri wisuda putra bungsunya, Kaesang Pangarep. Namun, hal itu kontraproduktif dengan para menterinya.

Sementara, lewat pengakuan Faisal Basri, mantan tim reformasi tata kelola Migas, ia bersama Menteri ESDM Sudirman Said naik private jet dari Kualanamu menuju Singapura. Tagihan privat jetnya itu lalu dibayar Pertamina Energy Services Pte.Ltd (PES)-Petral.

Pakar komunikasi politik Universitas Hasanudin, Dr Aswar Hasan, mengatakan, Presiden Jokowi dibohongi bawahannya. Aswar berpendapat yang dilakukan Sudirman Said merupakan suatu tindakan tidak menghargai Presiden sebagai atasannya.

"Tindakan Sudirman Said itu merupakan tindakan tidak menghargai Jokowi sebagai Presiden. Masak, Presiden sendiri naik pesawat di kelas ekonomi, bawahannya naik jet pribadi yang tergolong mewah," kata Hasan saat dihubungi wartawan, Kamis (28/5).

Aswar juga menyatakan fasilitas private jet yang diterima Sudirman merupakan gratifikasi. Maka itu, Sudirman Said harus melaporkannya ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi.

"Kalau ingin menjaga semangat good goverment, maka wajib Menteri ESDM melaporkan fasilitas yang diterimanya itu," ungkapnya.

Sebelumnya fakta yang diungkap pemerhati kebijakan energi nasional, Yusri Usman dalam diskusi Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC), jadi bahan perbincangan. Dalam diskusi yang mengangkat tema 'SBY Vs Sudirman Said: Apa Dosa Petral?', Yusri dengan lantang mengungkap 'gratifikasi' yang diterima Menteri ESDM Sudirman Said dari Petral.

Sudirman Said, menurut Yusri, naik jet pribadi dibiayai Petral. Kejadiannya beberapa hari sebelum Sudirman bersama Menteri BUMN Rini Sumarno dan petinggi Pertamina mengumumkan pembubaran Petral.

Sementara itu, anggota komisi VII DPR RI Kurtubi, menyayangkan sikap Menteri ESDM Sudirman Said yang telah tiga kali mangkir dari undangan rapat dengan Komisi VII.

"Iya sangat disayangkan, sampai tiga kali beliau tidak memenuhi undangan. Mestinya datang saja, dijelaskan apa adanya, masalah-masalah yang mungkin nanti akan ditanyakan oleh kami," kata Kurtubi di gedung DPR RI, Jakarta, Kamis (28/5).

Kurtubi juga membuka kemungkinan pihaknya menjemput paksa Sudirman Said jika terus mangkir dari panggilan DPR. "Yah menurut ketentuan aturan tata tertib DPR yang berlaku, regulasi yang berlaku, dimungkinkan untuk dijemput paksa," ujar dia.

Pendapat senada disampaikan Ketua Komisi VII DPR RI Kardaya Warnika. "MD3 (Undang-undang MPR, DPR, DPD, dan DPRD) nya kalau tidak salah, kalau tiga kali diundang tidak datang maka undangan itu ditembuskan juga ke polisi. Jemput paksa," ucap Kardaya beberapa waktu lalu.

Menurutnya, ‎para anggota Komisi VII pun sudah meminta untuk menjemput paksa Sudirman Said jika tak juga datang dalam panggilan ke tiga. "Itu UU ya bukan dari saya, peraturannya DPR disepakati oleh DPR dan pemerintah," katanya.
