So I wanted to apologize (not because we killed the damn thing and hindsight is 20/20 but...) because I came across a little brazen might have sounded like I wanted to call out our raiders for fucking up.

This is also not a told you so moment but if you noticed, the time we killed him, Our call outs were perfect.
Thats something I wanted to touch base on is that, while yes we should not be calling out everything that happens....changes that I wanted to happen took place and we performed alot better.

Tunnel vision is very real and while no one is perfect. Calling out major things like where the tentacles spawn and when they do really helps us.

Thats all I wanted to try focusing on was that and we did marvelous.

I think that because youve raid lead before though it looks like youre having trouble letting that go and letting the way we run things just happen naturally
and I feel like having you and jurk talk and assumingly complain about people and then passive aggressively linking meters isnt healthy to the enviornment that we're trying to build

To be honest I have never let that go. I have always ended up with a leadership position eventually. Not saying thats best in this scenario just in the past.
But jurk and I only talked last night that he was killing the dispel game. I didn't say anything other than good job when he whispered me the meters then he put them in raid

I understand 100%. I have stopped calling shit out completely but like I said before my parsing has nothing to do with mechanics and that's the only thing I focus on in other people
I don't feel like if I was the best mage on the server in terms of DPS that would have anything to do with telling someone to stack but I get it

I'll be honest, I linked the officers our conversation and they all had opinions and nothing was favorable to what you were saying. It was a lot of "This is not why we made the guild, we don't want that kind of enviornment, why is someone who is parsing at 20% complaining about others, if he wants callouts for peoples mistakes that means I can call him out yay!"

we're focused on building a core that we like
those are things that I can't look at the logs for
and I felt like there's an extreme amount of hostility towards hotnnsnazzy from jurk that has to end
he's not perfect but he shows promise and is moldable
I've been working with him, starting with his hotkeys which he stupidly mentioned in raid
but ultimately it comes down to this
I value criticism and want to improve the raid, I've dedicated a lot of my time with a lot of the management stuff for these people, and I'm not saying that my word is god or whatever, but remember that -this is not your guild to lead-
that's my biggest issue
suggestions and stuff is one thing but getting as frustrated as you did and being nigh toxic is not good
focus on yourself, your parses do matter, focus on doing the mechanics perfectly all that good stuff, that's what I'm telling everyone
and I mean that in the nicest way possible

one thing I wanted to mention that was brought up
the top guilds put in over 100 wipes for many bosses in mythic EN while learning the fights
and they were as geared if not more geared as our raid is
I feel like a lot of people lose sight because this is their first guild for this expansion and they dont have a comparison to make

not what you might expect
he likes the enviornment we're in, and thinks we're in a good place--we barely raid 9 hours, have late starts, and somehow we're almost on the cutting edge of progression
he thinks that a lot of people in the guild come from leadership positions and dont know when to just let things happen, he says he mutes himself during raids so he can just quietly rage at no one in particular
and yeah he thinks the enviornment we have we should maintain, no one wants to come on to feel bad, that's why it's unnecessary to call out people directly for messing up occasionally
that's why we are very generalized

I believe everyone in here is a great raider. Our biggest issue is tunnel vision
Did you want me to bring up to jerk about hot or do you think it would be better coming from you guys. He already feels alienated and me being the messenger might not help
Because whether or not you guys mean to if you don't know someone on a first name basis that person get alienated pretty hard if you haven't noticed
This is a totally different topic but it's hard to get to know you guys when you already have your premade groups that you want to do outside of raiding. Just as an example

I honestly dont see you or jurk on very often to even ask you to do runs
both of you are on a little bit before raid, get off immediately after raid, and then on for a couple hours on the weekend

but you cant complain that there arent any groups if you arent on all that often
