- Pokemon Go Speedrun to level 20
- The timer starts when the game has completed loading and the professor shows on screen saying "There's a Pokémon nearby!"
- This is after you choose your character and allows checking that the account is OK before you start.
- The timer ends when the level up splash screen shows up after reaching level 20.
- It is clear that there will be some loading/sever lag associated with this type of speedrun so it is a part of the challenge to ensure that you have chosen an area with good 4G mobile access or with a solid WiFi signal to minimise server lag.
- New PTC accounts only.
- No coin/item purchases allowed.
- Items rewarded during the game can be used however you wish.
- Luring pokestops by other players(you may or may not have control over this) and using your own lures is permitted.
- You may use whatever form of transport that you like. On foot, bicycle, motorcycle, hovercraft, light aircraft, car, van, wheelbarrow…. All are fine.
