  1. He could feel it as soon as he walked in the door. The tension. The hair on the back of his neck stood at ends. But why?
  2.
  3. Targos paused in the doorway to Majora's bakery. Giving it a slow scan. Nothing seemed out of place. Majora was still there, waiting at the counter. He mentally shrugged it off.
  4.
  5. He strode to the counter like he always did and placed his order. "Large coffee, four cream, four sugar."
  6.
  7. "Of course sir." Sir? That was new...
  8.
  9. He studdied Majora as she walked off to the coffee machine behind the counter. Maybe something was bothering her today... But she had the same smile she always had on.
  10.
  11. After a few moments of fiddling with the machine she returned with his coffee. Like always he placed the money on the counter. But again he was shocked. She actually reached across and took it this time. Slipping it neatly into the cash register he was sure he'd never seen her use.
  12.
  13. He was a bit unnerved, but he was able to hide it well enough. He nodded to her and left. Strangeness again, no goodbye on his way out.
  14.
  15. ----------------------
  16.
  17. On the second day he decided to pay more attention as he entered. This time he noticed the way her eyes immediately tracked him. The same smile he'd seen countless times slipping onto her face appearing as if by magic.
  18.
  19. He walked to the counter keeping his eyes on the woman.
  20.
  21. "Hello sir." Again, no cheer, just a simple greeting. And the bakery was still filled with that tension.
  22.
  23. If he hadn't been in his armour he would have felt threatened. He didn't understand why though, it was just Majora, wasn't it?
  24.
  25. "Same thing as yesterday please." He stated.
  26.
  27. "Of course sir." She replied neutrally.
  28.
  29. He wasn't sure but he thought he saw something shift under her shirt as she turned and walked away.
  30.
  31. As she was once again working the machine he took his time looking at her. Something was absolutely wrong. But what? Maybe she had been threatened by someone?
  32.
  33. She returned with his coffee and once again accepted his money.
  34.
  35. "Are you ok, Majora?" He finally decided to ask.
  36.
  37. "Perfectly fine sir, please enjoy your coffee." Again a neutral response.
  38.
  39. He shrugged and turned to leave. It wasn't until he was half way home that he froze, the hairs on his neck once again standing stiff. Majora always called him by name when they shared a conversation. Pieces were starting to fall together in his mind now.
  40.
  41. ----------
  42. On the third day he went there he now knew what it was. That tension he felt as soon as he walked inside the bakery. It was like he was entering a warzone.
  43.
  44. He looked into her eyes as he approached the counter this time. And those eyes... He saw something he hadn't seen in decades. Gone were Majora's soft, friendly inviting eyes. These were the eyes of a killer. Of a monster. They looked like his eyes.
  45.
  46. "How can I help you sir?" That neutral response. This wasn't her.
  47.
  48. As he studied her he noticed the way she shifted. Not like a nervous woman being blatantly stared at by a man. But the posturing of a fighter, squaring up to a challenge. What finally sold it was the shifting beneath her shirt.
  49.
  50. "Sir?"
  51.
  52. "Who are you." He demanded. Now that he looked at her, paid attention, he noticed the firmness Majora lacked. Her arms were toned, her curves smaller. Even her breasts looked firmer and waist slimmer.
  53.
  54. She looked like a saiyan warrior. This was not Majora.
  55.
  56. "I'm no-"
  57.
  58. "You have thirty seconds before I vaporize you." He watched her nostrils flare as he declared his intent.
  59.
  60. Finally he watched that smile fade away into a confident and cruel smirk.
  61.
  62. "Hah, I didn't think anyone would notice. Too bad, I have to get rid of you now." Any other day he would have scoffed. But he could feel her power, even if she tried her best to hide it, she wasn't anywhere near his equal.
  63.
  64. "Shame, you actually looked competent." He let her raise her hand, gather energy, and then launch a sphere of ki that she assumed would blast him to smithereens.
  65.
  66. He smacked it away into the ceiling, frowning as it made a screeching sound, drilling its way through the roof before ascending into the sky beyond to detonate harmlessly.
  67.
  68. She seemed shocked. But what he did next shocked her even more. With an explosion of energy he transformed into a super saiyan. Roof tiles fell to the floor and the ground cracked under the strain of his energy output.
  69.
  70. "Wh-What? You're a Super Saiyan?! How, it's just a myth?!" In her shock the thing she had hidden beneath her shirt uncurled and splayed out behind her. A Saiyan tail.
  71.
  72. "Fifteen seconds." He told her.
  73.
  74. "Wait, wait!" He watched as a predatory and sultry smile spread across her face.
  75.
  76. "Let's make a deal." She told him.
  77.
  78. And he listened.
