 Dear community,
I just wanted to say hello to everyone through this letter, as it is not possible for me to access the internet anymore, and it would be dangerous for me to access the ATF website now.
My partner is relaying this through iamusername.

Not long ago, I was charged with possession of child exploitation material, and using a carriage service (ISP) to access child exploitation material.
The material I have been charged with is cartoons, however, they are claiming that some of the regular pornography I had on my computer could be underage as well (In Australia, it is apparently reasonable to assume flat chested and short, means likely to be underage).

I will likely be entering a plea of guilty, because there is absolutely no way I have the funds to push a campaign in Australia to change the law regarding cartoon images, even though statistics over here would strongly show that child related conviction rates have all but raised in Australia since cartoon images were added into the legislative definitions throughout most of Australia, and that japan who for the most part openly accepts "lolicon" as a necessary culture has a far lower conviction rate of child related crimes.
Australia in fact is known to have the one of the highest amounts of child related crimes in the world, especially those who venture overseas to abuse children from Australia.
It's painfully obvious that Australia is going about things the wrong way
Regardless of these facts, it is impossible and probably counterproductive of me to argue against those definitions.
My lawyer is currently looking into the legislation in our state, because from what I could find, cartoon images are not even mentioned in our state's legislation at all, while every other state does, but apparently cartoon images is included somewhere other than in the ACT itself, and people have been charged with possessing cartoon depictions of children in sexual acts in my state.
This is why I am likely going to make a guilty plea, and likely to serve some jail time.
I am still open to going through a "sex offender rehabilitation program", and willing to be open to other opinions

I was involved in this community only because I thought it was still legal in my state, therefore, while I remain in Australia, I will no longer be able to take part in this community.
I still believe that ATF is doing what many governments are failing to do, which is reaching out to pedophiles instead of ostracizing them from society, talking with them about their issues, and discussing possible outlets for their emotions and feelings, the same way a psychologist would teach you to find an outlet for anger management.
Helping pedophiles with self management in relation to their emotions, is the key to PREVENTING sex related child abuse, and I believe ATF has an environment where that is made possible.

One day, I may leave this country, and be free to express myself, and free to contribute again to the community, but that may not be for years to come, and I must abide by the law of my country.
