Hello, I always use your product, but recently I was extremely displeased!! I purchased a 24 pack of double rolls, and I noticed most of the rolls were torn, even though the package was fine. I went to use the toilet paper, yet it was feeling EXTREMELY thin. I kept using it and the 2nd time I went to use it, my finger actually went through the toilet paper and damaged me. It was such a hassle using this product and Ive never had this happen, I usually love cottonelle toilet paper, but this time I feel like I have wasted my money.
