For a while now I have had a slight voice in the back of my head yelling at me treating me like shite. Telling me to hurt others and myself. Its not depression because she seems to have her own personality and all that. Recently the voice has got worse and has been there but talking to you has silenced her. Shes shut up. Idk what you did but you have helped me
