28. Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
29.
30. 'Random Death Match' or otherwise known as RDM is probably the most commited offence on DarkRP. RDM is killing another player without a role-play reason or a justifiable cause. This then becomes 'Fail RP'. One such example of RDM could be; John is a Hitman and because of this he feels like it's his duty to kill the Mayor. Even though there is no hit on the Mayor, this then becomes RDM.

33. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
34.
35. 'New Life Rule' or NLR begins when a player dies. They start with a 3 minute timer and this means that they cannot return to the district that they were previously killed. Also NLR means that you cannot remember certain things about your previous life; for example your killer. An example of breaking NLR could be; John is raided while money printing and he is killed by Tom. John rushes back to the district he was killed in and subsequently murders Tom. This is breaking NLR as he remembered things from his previous life and returned to the district. Also this becomes 'Revenge RDM'.

38. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
39.
40. 'Metagaming' is also a very commonly broken rule on DarkRP and many people don't even know that this rule exists. Metagaming is using some form of media/OOC to discuss in character items. For example John says in OOC 'Fred I've found the hit, he is at the fountain, meet me there.' This is discussing in character items in an out of character chat, thus breaking the rule on Metagaming.

43. Explain how you would handle the following situation:
44. Player X accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that Player Y killed player x.
45.
46.
47. Firstly I would go to Player X and ask for his/her version of events. Then I would bring both players to a roof and ask for Player Y's version of the events. If Player Y admits to RDM I would warn Player Y for RDM and return both players. But if Player Y doesn't admit then I would ask for his reason to kill Player X if it was adequate I would take no further action. But if it wasn't I would then ask for evidence off Player X. If the evidence (screen-shots or video) was sufficient then I would warn Player Y for RDM.

50. Explain how you would handle the following situation:
51. Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
52.
53.
54. I would go to Player X and ask for a full version of events. Then I would bring both players to a quiet area or roof and ask for Player Y's version of events. If he did not know the rule and admits to breaking NLR I would explain the rule and then warn Player Y for breaking NLR. But if he doesn't accept that he/she has Broken NLR then I would ask for evidence, review it and make my decision based on the logs and evidence provided.

57. Explain how you would handle the following situation:
58. Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
59.
60.
61. The First time Player X put this in chat i would write in OOC 'Please stop Metagaming, if you do not know the rule feel free to ask!' But if the Metagaming continued I would then bring the player to me and ask him if he/she new the rule on Metagaming if he didn't I would go on to explain it and return him. If he/she did know the rule I would warn them for Metagaming and return them. If the Metagaming persisted i would warn him/her again or for the first time.

64. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
65.
66. I feel that should be chosen as a Moderator as I have seen many a time where rule breaking hasn't been handled, and i would like to change that. I feel that I can also be trusted considering that in all my time at Zarp I have never had a warning kick or ban. I feel this is due to a good knowledge of the rules that I have gained which helps me in lots of situation. I will always try to help out others and assist players who do not know the rules correctly, and aim to uphold said rules. Also I think that I can evaluate situations with skill so the best outcome can be found from a given situation, meaning that players will be kept happy while in game and rule breaking should be kept down.
