Alright so im never getting above 150 fps and most of the time below 100

In Vanilla/Forge without any mods I get around 300-400 fps constant

Ive tried removing the following mods:

open computers

mariculture

actually additions

deep resonance

enchiridion

projectred fabrication

projectred mechanical

mcjtylib

eleccore

redstone armoury

redstone arsenal

immersive engineering

journey map

wild mobs

and i dont get much fps change or increase at all,

Ive tried Optifine, Fastcraft, BetterFPS, and i havent had any fps difference still

This is my modlist (taken from modlister) (and after removing MOST of the mods listed above) (and without the FPS improving mods)
