Change "Create a new account" button by `Create a new account in X` drop down menu
X will be English and clicking will lead to the usual location (no change) But using the down arrow will allow to choose for other languages (translation + mnemonic seed). Of course, new languages will only be available once the mnemonic seed and the whole website is translated. We shall not wait for Transifex for that.

Take Note of your Private Login Key!
Remove the Question mark
Place a text above it: "Be sure no one is looking over your shoulders then scroll down for your private login key"
a. Short statement - increases chances it will be read
b. Most important is at the top
c. The wording should deliver the message that something sensitive is going to happen
d. By asking to scroll down, it prevents unexpected display of privkey (so no change compared to now)

Then you have the Take Note of your Private Login Key! text. Instructions plus remarks shall be enough to make it necessary to scroll for high resolution (if not, then you couls add back the question mark, but replace is with an exclamation mark).
