  2. I am so sad we have come to this. If you were honest you would have sent me a NEW WORKING device and I would give you very positive feedback from the start, as usual. As I was honest and paid you full price, which was not a small amount, and have been patient and waited for 7 weeks for my package to arrive without giving you any problems whatsoever. And what do I receive, a faulty device!
  3. I would like to know would you have done this to your fellow Chinese friend back in Hong Kong, I think not! You have strict rules about trade. I have Chinese friends here in Croatia too and they are all honest people and good persons. What can I tell them about you and your shop and how you represent your people?!
  4. Also if it was not your fault as you say, then you need to change your supplier immediately and ask him for a full refund cos he has been supplying you with faulty goods my friend and he is not working with LGE for sure.
  5. Also I have seen on your eBay feedback page, you have similar feedbacks from other customers, why is that? So someone is lying here. If you do not trust me we can open a Skype session whenever you want and I wall show you what faulty device you have sent me! Yet I have paid for it full price!
  6. If you are living upon eBay as you say, then you should strive to be more professional about it and first of all be honest to your customers. You should be honored I have picked just you for my seller among many others in eBay, and I did not do that cos of low price but cos of your eBay rating, presuming you were honored seller and a good shop. Now unfortunately I see it is not the case.
  7. But let us try to settle this.
  8. Since I lost my trust in you, I will not send you back the device and wait for another one for 14 weeks, cos who can guarantee me you will send me back another BRAND NEW WORKING device? Would you be willing to refund full amount and when I receive it I will send you back this faulty device?
  9. What I propose is, you send me a NEW ORIGINAL LCD DISPLAY TOUCH SCREEN DIGITIZER ASSEMBLY FRAME for a WHITE GOOGLE NEXUS 5 WITH TOOLS. MEANING WITH ORIGINAL GLOSSY FRAME AND WHITE SPEAKER GRILL which I have already paid you for, just like the one on this link below,

You can get it in half the price since you are wholesale dealer and send me this on your cost FOB of course, marked as COMMERCIAL SAMPLE and not above $20 US dollars on package, so I have no further import cost. Then I will replace the screen frame. After that I will picture you the completed phone and send you back this faulty LCD screen as proof, and you can take it back to your supplier and ask him for refund or exchange or whatever the agreement you have with him.

  13. I have already contacted Google and LG about this, and this is what they proposed me to offer you. If not met, they will be forced to remove your account from eBay and contact you about this issue of intentional forgery.
  14. I have also many friends in Taiwan and China since I'm working with IT for years, and this would be really bad publicity for you and your shop if I also go around and ask all of them to share this on their domestic market.
  15. Now you must be honest and honor the amount I have already paid you in advance, and solve this problem!
