1) First unban (full unban) -

2011 Mass unban by Lucid; where he had unbanned everyone on the site. I was still a hardcore troll at this point. I didn't even ask/care about this unban and got rebanned some time soon after. Note the ban was for 8 vios (all presented below) - 5 years ago (2011)

Many of these were questionable and 3 of them were unranked (which would be no vio in the present time - also kicking feature did exist at that time which was essentially the reason to changing the rules to making game-related vios no longer count for unranked games)

2) Second unban a year later (on a leash) - Unban by Laexio. I had no vios but was rebanned for cheating in red heart games. https://epicmafia.com/report/34844 - 4 years ago (2012)

3) Third unban: (technically not even a real unban since was still a lobby banned user) Unbanned from custom lobbies by Lucid - 2.5 years ago (2014) I was annoying users and messing around in sandbox but doing it in a way where I wasn't actually breaking any rules. 4) Fourth unban: Unbanned by Bell on a 1 vio leash before she stepped down - Over 1 year ago (2015) I wasn't breaking any rules but I was being somewhat a nuisance to the mods by complaining about all their little mistakes in the complaint forums. I ended up randomly getting banned for something I didn't do - https://epicmafia.com/report/145297 I tried protesting this here https://epicmafia.com/topic/71111 but as you can see it got shut down because "banned users aren't allowed to comment" and then ignored.

5) Fifth current unban: Currently unbanned from vivor/games/sandbox (mid 2016) - still considered a site banned user so it's not even a real unban

So actually all my unbans have been spread out with the in-between gap of at least 1 year and all of them weren't even actual unbans.

Note that the last time I was fully unbanned was 5 years ago.

I've not OPI'ed anyone in over 2 years (i was banned for OPI which I didn't do and admin at the time refused to show evidence)
I never posted CP (a few people believe I did this one time where the girl was in fact 19y/o, I know that doesn't excuse my action still)
The last time I posted any x-rated material was about 10 months ago.
I only cheated for trophies when I was banned, I don't actually care about trophies and when I did win trophies I did it as it was a way for me to mock the mods. I'm done trolling / done purposely antagonizing users+mods; i found it funny when i did it, but now it's done and i don't feel like i'd get any enjoyment if i do it again.

Also as for all the bypassing/cheating/throwing/rule-breakings whilst I was banned - My thought process was that I was permanently banned so I had nothing to lose. And hence I had no incentive to not break rules whilst being banned. I understand now that wasn't the way forward to any hope of being unbanned so now even if you decide to keep me banned I'm not going to cheat/throw/break rules (other than possibly bypassing, I'm not going to lie I am a mafia enthusiast and love this game so I don't think I can stop myself from bypassing soon, I can probably withstand another few weeks or so)

I've not caused much trouble in quite some time. I last bypassed ~1 month ago on Martin; an account where I played properly without accumulating any violations.

About a week ago I logged on to ask for a leash/unban after 1.5 weeks of being unbanned from games/vivor/sandbox lobbies and in return I got banned from commenting/forums on that day (Cody himself had unbanned me from these).

So with all that said I really am hoping you give me a 1 vio leash for this year (i've been behaving better than ever and i was given leash the other years when i was worse) If you look at the last 2 times I was given a leash/unban from custom lobbies - I was banned without actually breaking any rules and instead b/c I was being annoying. This time if you choose to unban me on a leash I won't even be annoying (and if you feel I am being annoying/out of line then just PM me). Furthermore, considering some of the users with questionable EM-history have been not only unbanned but modded in the past, I feel that is another reason as to why I should be given a chance here.

If you believe I missed out anything regarding my previous unbans or am lying about anything then please inform me where / show me proof b/c my memory is strong and i'm fairly sure i didn't miss anything.

Finally if you choose to unban me and I get myself rebanned (fairly) then I won't ask for another unban in at least another 1 year time. Also ftr I demonstrated good behaviour to cody for him to unban me from vivor/sandbox and he was close to unbanning me from main lobby on a leash but then you know the rest of the story, he got removed as admin.
