RO frost joker/scream guide

1. Create or go to the Data folder in your RO directory.
2. Make a new text document named ba_frostjoke.txt. (da_scream.txt for dancers, I believe?)
3. Set the very first line of the document to read FROST JOKE (SCREAM for dancers)
4. Make some bad puns (Or lewd innuendos). Make sure there are at least 127 lines in this document altogether or you will shout absolute nonsense when you use the skill.
