You can run it by making a shortcut of the startup.exe found in the black_box folder - Binaries. you may notice that it it is a shortcut with no icon so to fix this right click on the shortcut - go to propities - customize - change icon - browse - black_box - Backup - then double click on the WarGame-G4WLive.A671 application and you should get two icons, click the one you want - apply - ok - now rename to Gears Of War (Or what ever you want). you can now delete the original one. Now to create a windows live account - go to: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient and download the windows live client (this will fix the DLL issue!) - install - open GOW - press group (i think that's what it's called, the one that says stuff about a windows live account) - sign in or signup - enjoy your game!
