There are two+ versions of the Princess Lenya in high keep. There is one version of the high elf male, TEARON.

The first think you need to do is talk to Tearon Bleanix and bind yourself, at the front of the zone. Tell him "about I will become a hero". He gives you a bracer.

Go to the fourth floor of High Keep and behind the painting you'll find Princess Lenya tucked away. Tell the princess "I'm going to put it in your pooper"; hand her the bracer and immediately start gating. Flower Tip: Do not be in first person at this point. You need to be in third person view, zoomed all the way out. You're going to have to make two trades very quickly.

*If you can't manage this and you gated to watch Tearon disappear, you'll have to wait a spawn cycle on Tearon.*

Read Closely:
If you can quickly (you have about .5 seconds left) hand the bracer, given to you by the princess, back to Tearon, he will give you Princess Lenya's Amulet. The princess quickly spawns directly behind you. QUICKLY hand her Princess Lenya's Amulet. She will give you a sealed note. Grats - almost done.

Flower Tip: If you're facing Tearon. Be in third person and zoomed all the way out NOT facing Tearon (face the wall so you can see the left and right of you)... and have your inventory open. If you fucked this up completely, but you have the amulet, you lose. You have to start all over. As I said earlier, there are 2+ versions of the princess. Only the version that spawns after turning in Tearon's second bracer back to Tearon will take the amulet.

Take the sealed note to felwithe.
You're almost done... Go to the Traveler Inn in Felwithe and at the front desk you will see Inkeeper Freegraze. Hail him and tell him "Where is Tolon Nurbyte?". This will make Tolon spawn on the second floor all the way back. Hand him the sealed note from turning in the princess's amulet and he will give you the thex dagger.

Grats, you got the most powerful ranged resist item and one of the few disease resist items for a long time to come, other than stein.

lvl 1s can do the quest. So evils, there is hope.
