  1. How the code to Keypad 1 was found:
  2.
  3. We were given this poem that was translated from Russian:
  4.
  5. We discovered earth long time ago
  6. A journey followed to this vibrant globe
  7. We never left we stayed here free
  8. Our second home we call it now
  9. To stay for good we tend to vow
  10. Amazing planet, our spirits fly
  11. Eternal solitude of starry sky
  12. Zephyr in hair and face with glee
  13. When heading to the open sea
  14. You feel alive, the tunes of fife
  15. This never-ending stream of life
  16. Enjoy the trek(?), enjoy the play
  17. If fate says we may meet one day
  18.
  19. NOTE: Not all lines are of significance.
  20.
  21. Line: 2
  22. Phrase: “A journey followed to this vibrant globe”
  23. Significance: Refers to the dome on Operation Whiteout. Go to the dome, and there is a small light under the border on the side opposite to D. This is visual Russian Morse Code.
  24. Translation: “Everything is normal. Transmission begins. 1290. Control PROGRAM (?) COMPLETED".
  25.
  26. Line: 7
  27. Phrase: “Eternal solitude of starry sky”
  28. Significance: Refers to the isolated satellite dish found on Hanger 21 (Hanger 21 is the only new map with a ‘starry sky’) which gave off visual Russian Morse Code.
  29. Translation: 397648 we need reinforcements, waiting on your response.
  30.
  31. Line: 9
  32. Phrase: “When heading to the open sea”
  33. Significance: Refers to the boat stuck in the ice on Hammerhead between objective A and F. Standing near it, you can hear spaced out beeps; audible Russian Morse Code.
  34. Translation: “429 start preparations for a new expedition leave tomorrow morning.”
  35.
  36. Line: 11
  37. Phrase: “This never-ending stream of life”
  38. Significance: Giants of Karelia is the only map with a huge river going through it. South East of F, near the waterfall/boundaries of the map where the stream meets the main river, a red light gives off the last Russian Morse Code message.
  39. Translation: “970 factory all right. Walker not ready yet. They do not suspect. Will wait”
  40.
  41. Looking at the numbers we obtain from each translation, and the order we have from the lines of the poem, we can put all four strings of numbers together to make the code to the first keypad:
  42.
  43. 1290 429 397648 970
  44.
  45. Congratulations, and well done to those in the Reddit/Battlelog forums. Credit goes to you guys! :)
