Hello.

I'm rather annoyed. I went to your site and wanted simply to buy a child's hoodie. I went though the checkout and it looked like I had to register, so I registered. It asked me for details etc.. I thought it was a bit odd that it asked for addresses for the last 3 years, but whatever, I entered it.

Before I knew it I had £1000 of "credit". What the fuck? I don't need credit. I don't want credit. I just want to pay for the stuff you want to sell! Why is that so fucking complicated?

So I went though anyway and bought this "child's hoodie" (order number xxxxxxxxxxxxx), and it didn't try to charge me for it! Great, so now not only are you offering me credit I don't want, but you're forcing me to use it! I had to go and *manually* enter the amount on the "make a payment" page to avoid being in your debt! Fuck you.

So now I've ordered, and hopefully paid for this hoodie, and I do want it, so please keep my order and send it to me.

But please do the following ASAP:

a) confirm that I *have* paid for it and I don't owe you a fucking thing
b) cancel my account, and any stupid credit agreements that go along with it
c) confirm that you've cancelled the account
d) review your policies, so that people don't accidentally setup credit. If anyone's been caught out by this and ended up having to pay penalty fees for late payments, this would make you one of the most evil sites on the internet.
