As the title states, there have been multiple instances of abuse of power by current administrators, something that this clan must not tolerate. The administrators in question are Lucifer and James. Although their infractions may be numerous, I shall name only a few, mainly my personal experiences,. to keep this post short and to the point. To begin, I have been demoted by James and Lucifer over 10 times from positions I have been promoted to, and permissions I have been granted, by owners of this clan. Over half of said demotions have taken place in the public channel or in servers, in front of our general population. One of this clan’s most important values is the continuation of our perception by our patrons as an outstanding and professional clan, and demoting members in front of them tarnishes this image. Furthermore, being an administrator in no way, shape, or form grants one the power to overrule the decisions and actions of the owners of this clan, yet both James and Lucifer repeatedly do this without thinking twice. Second, I have been banned by James repeatedly in team speak. The reasons for these bans range from having 2 clients, to racism (which was expressly stated as allowed to an extend… saying nigger is not a banable offense). James has no right to ban me for any of the above actions, as none infringe upon the rules agreed upon by the owners of this clan. Not only has James banned me, he has banned other members too, such as Swayz and Cobra. In the instance of Cobra’s ban, James banned Cobra from the servers for the reason “wall hack” because he had a ban appeal. When Cobra came onto teamspeak to question what had happened, he was told to make a ban appeal and then banned. Lucifer also has a tendency to ban members and patrons of our servers for unjust reasons. Repeatedly he has issued bans on teamspeak for racism, for things as minor as just hinting at a racial connotation. Lucifer, SAYING NIGGER ON TEAMSPEAK IS ALLOWED. Also, Lucifer banned a new member for saying nigga in a quote from Tupac in game chat. This member meant in no way for this to carry a racial meaning. Albeit racism is expressly prohibited in game, the proper method for approaching situations of racism is a warn, then kick, then ban. NOT a ban without warning, especially when it is a member. What makes this situation worse is that Lucifer was not wearing tags when this situation occurred, which brings up another point. Digger clearly stated that members must wear their tags while in game, yet both James and Lucifer feel that they are above this rule, and spend most of their time not wearing tags. Yet when other members don’t wear tags, they get demoted. Speaking of a member getting demoted… how about you calm down before acting irrationally and demoting every single one of our members and putting messages that should be private, in their greeting, seen by all. Simply put, this tyranny which we, the Fatal Forces Gaming Community, as a whole have been oppressed by is unacceptable, and is slowly, but surely, leading this clan to its downfall. History repeats itself, and these two deranged administrators are driving us right back to the ashes which long time members put astronomical time and effort into digging us out of.
