Becoming Number 13 DVD by Phil Heath is the revelation of bodybuilding workouts. Many many people stated that this DVD is one of the best ever made. The DVD goes through the mandatory training days but is interspersed with footage from the Arnold, FIBO in Germany and a training camp he conducted in Canada. The last 30 minutes covers his Olympia win including his thank you speech and the after party.


Intro
The entire DVD is long quotations displayed by the former Mr.Olympias and thus starts the DVD. In the intro tells Phil that in the history of Mr.Olympias were only 12 different men who can call their own that title. Now it's Phil's goal, the 13th Man in this league to be. It is also based the story, she describes the various stages of the way there.

Quads
