  1. Hi,
  2.
  3. This is regarding my Sage One account registered to the email address 'contact@trygen.co.uk' (reference number: J7K6C1) for TryGen Limited.
  4. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the account email address, although I have access to the Sage One account. I am able to provide any verification information you may need to verify that I am in fact the owner of the account.
  5.
  6.
  7. For around the last 24 months our Sage One account has remained active along with the direct debit payments of £12.00 coming out of our bank account on a monthly basis. For the last 24 months, our Sage One account has not been used whatsoever, and none of the Sage services have been used in that period. It has only been recently that I have became aware of the long list of payments constantly being taken out of our bank account.
  8.
  9. I am aware of the fact that it was my responsibility to close the Sage One account, or end the subscription at the time we would stop using Sage, however it is a mistake which I believe is only right to be refunded.
  10.
  11. You should be able to check that the last time the account was logged into or used was around the end of June 2014. This accounts to 24 months of unused, but paid for Sage One subscription totaling to £288.00.
  12.
  13. I'm sure you are able to understand my frustration at this due to how much money has been effectively lost on this rouge subscription. If you are able to assist in this issue in any way it would be hugely appreciated.
  14.
  15.
  16. Once again, I am able to provide any and all information necessary to verify that I am the original owner of the Sage One account, despite the fact of this email not being from the registered 'contact@trygen.co.uk' email address.
  17.
  18.
  19. Kind Regards,
  20. Kieran Robertson
