  37. [00:12:15] Legion: I am ruling that City of Cypress Hollow has broken the agreement for failing to secure funding for the power plant in the first place and thus voids its ownership on them on grounds of this.
  38. [00:12:17] Legion: However, I also find that the power plant company is required to compensate the City for the amount of 1,500,000 Palmshire dollars.
