rng changes:
slide
backdash
axe swing
axe special
stopping on the ground (best to jump and move, need to make sure you don't create a dust cloud when you land)
succubus doing the heart attack (this changes RNG every frame for like a second so you have to be careful if you want to try and utilize this)
leaving and entering the room


note: RNG starts from a different value depending on which side of the transition you suspend on. As of now I've only tested from here https://i.imgur.com/XHxRd2V.png
