>You gave your report - nothing terribly exciting had happened, and you hadn't exactly learned anything new
>She still seemed pleased, regardless, and decided to have everyone stay for dinner

>So, here you are, in the palace, dinner wrapping up
>Rainbow Dash pokes you in the side
>She's giving you that look that tells you it's now or never
>You grunt an acknowledgement before standing up and moving to the center of the room, to stand before Celestia, pokerface engaged
>"Oh, Anonymous, is something wrong?"
>Celestia is trying to read your pokerface, to no avail
"Oh, nothing's wrong, Celestia; I just have something I wanted to do."

>You're dancing around with the music as well, putting on a full performance
>You can see Celestia blushing harder as the song continues
>By the end of the song, you've managed to dance yourself right up next to her
>You kiss her cheek right as the song ends
>Her wings shoot open and her blush deepens to a shade of red you weren't entirely sure was possible
>"A-Anon, I- um, that is to say- I didn't realize you- hmm."
>"Th-that was... *ahem* That was very nice, Anonymous."
>She still can't get her wings down
>You bow respectfully and retake your seat
>Dash is trying to contain her giggling
>Later, on the train ride back home...

>Dash has been full-on laughing ever since leaving the palace
