- +Matthew Leckrone __ I've only skimmed the thread so forgive me if you've already addressed these points. Are you okay with abortion in cases of r4pe? If so, what about cases of r4pe where the woman cannot prove she was r4ped? What do you do then?
- What if a woman simply says she was r4ped, would that be good enough to qualify for an abortion? You won't always know if she wasn't really r4ped.
- One more thing while I have your attention: if a woman becomes pregnant from r4pe and then chooses to have an abortion, why not simply charge the r4pist with r4pe *AND* murder?

- +Matthew Leckrone __ I agree that it is morally wrong to kill a baby for convenience. It is also morally wrong to blame a victim for an outcome when she is not responsible for it.
- That's why a r4pist must be charged with r4pe *and* murder when the r4pe results in a pregnancy that's aborted. The woman who becomes pregnant from r4pe has *no responsibility* with what happens to the resulting fetus. None whatsoever. In this situation it's a violent two-fold tragedy with two *independently innocent* victims: the woman *and* the fetus.
- Without the woman's consent, the repercussions of the r4pe remains wholly the r4pist's responsibility. By forcing the woman, he alone has assumed full responsibility for what happens next. Violent actions have consequences and sometimes those consequences become far more serious than the initial act.
- We must blame the criminal for those consequences - for what he alone has done and caused - and not the victim. If the r4pist did not intend for an innocent baby to be murdered, then he should have used a condom. He should not have r4ped a pro-choice woman. Better yet, he should not have r4ped at all.
- These are the facts, and the facts do not care for your moral outrage.
